"On arrival the staff was pleasant and helpful. The room seem ok on arrival until in the night we were greeted by bedbugs. That was taken care of by switching to a room too small for two persons and the toilet didn't work and so we're told to use the infested room bathroom. Overall I was very disappointed because the situation could have been handled better."

Even though the cleaning of the room was done every day but the shampoo was not filled. Very good breakfast, Nice staff, I recommend this place for stays in Creteil and Paris."
