"Great staff very helpful. They upgraded our room upon arrival which I don’t believe ever requesting. There were nice perks included like tooth brush toothpaste, and several other bathroom supplies. Several drinks were included, and chocolate was included. Beds were clean and comfy, room was clean. Staff was great in helping make accommodations for taxi ride to the train station. Breakfast was mediocre, but there are great restaurants just a short walk away. "

"Cute hotel, chalet-style made the Switzerland trip even more special. Perfect location a nice walk to the train station ot bus stop right across the street. Walking distance to restaurants, COOP and a pharmacy. On the same street as the bus going towards Thun as well. Staff at the front desk were amazing and helpful for any questions or issues we had. Area was so quiet too. Breakfast had enough options for food. Price of the hotel was decent. "

"We vacationed at Interlaken for a Fall excursion and decided to stay at the Hotel Krebs. Location - It is located in a central area with many shops (tourist type as well as others) and restaurants. All within 0-10 minute walk. We enjoyed the local Thai & Indian restaurants, and shopped at Patagonia. Interlaken OST train statin is about 10 min away. The hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. They upgraded our stay (likely since October is a slower month for tourists) to a larger room. Room was very clean, modern & comfortable. Water was provided every day, as well coffee for the maker in the room. Bathroom was also modern, with plenty of hot water and towels. Room service cleaned / made up every day (if you choose to) & everything was well done. Breakfast was included in our stay & there were plenty of options - food was good and juice / coffee plentiful. Tables were clean and there was staff available to help (although it's a self service buffet style breakfast. We also had dinner at the hotel restuarant one night, we chose cheese fondu and it was great - it is also reasonable priced for the area (dining out in Switzerland is high priced if you aren't aware). Parking is available but limited - they have 7-8 spots, so it helps to call / email ahead to request a spot. It's right next to the hotel, so very convenient to get to. Overall - An excellent hotel and stay, we highly recommend it and will use it again on future trips to Interlaken. "

"Great room with a view of the water and mountains. Breakfast buffett is amazing and has everything. Hotel is at Interlaken West train station and comes with free train/bus pass for use within town. TV was modern enough I could stream from my phone. Hotel workers were friendly and informative. I got hot water for my noodles. No cooking items or fridge are in rooms. Just coffee machine."

"Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great! You are not happy to find out that they charged for parking in their own parking lot because we did not book directly with them. They said there is an 18 Swiss franc charge for parking when booked through Hotels.com or other online booking services "
