The family room we stayed in could use a bit of TLC — the bathroom air vent was an exposed pipe, and the faucet was a little loose — but nothing major. The photos on Expedia show examples from various rooms of the same type, which can be a bit deceiving. For instance, we expected a family room with a balcony and large windows, but instead we were given one on the main floor beside a busy area, with only a small window and some noise. Overall, a charming and memorable stay with warm hospitality and a few minor drawbacks."
