Very quiet residential area on the edge of the forest. Pleasant and comfortable. Large south-facing terrace. Beautiful outdoor space with lots of flowers. Very beautiful open view of the massif and the valley. Country house located 4km from the La Rosière link chairlift (San Bernardo area, 160km of slopes with La Thuile in Italy). 6km away, funicular linking Les Arcs/Paradiski (one of the largest ski areas in Europe with 425km of slopes). South-facing slope between the Vanoise National Park and the Beaufortain massif with magnificent hikes and walks starting from the cottage including the famous GR de Pays Tour de Haute Tarentaise. Privileged location to discover the Haute-Tarentaise region and Italy via the Petit St Bernard pass or the Iseran pass. Many nature, fun, sports and cultural activities, summer and winter, in the large surrounding resorts (La Rosière, Val d'Isère, Tignes, Les Arcs, Sainte Foy Tarentaise). Ideal for a romantic or family stay!
