Beds made on arrival. Ski funicular link Les Arcs 3km (shuttle 100m away, free only in winter), link La Rosière 7km. Landscaped lake + leisure base 14km. Swimming pool 1.5km. Contemporary country house located at the bottom of the village. South hillside well exposed. Quiet residential area. Comfortable and pleasant cottage. Magnificent enclosed outdoor space landscaped and carefully flowered. Very close to shops, leisure and services. Gite located 3km from the funicular link Les Arcs / Domaine Paradiski (one of the largest areas in Europe with 425km of slopes) and 7km from the chairlift for La Rosière (link La Thuile in Italy, San Bernardo area with 160km of slopes ). Ideal for exploring the region and Italy via the Petit St Bernard pass. Very close to the Beaufortain massif and the Vanoise National Park. Nature, recreational activities, white water sports in the valley as well as in the renowned surrounding resorts: Les Arcs, La Plagne, La Rosière, Tignes and Val d'Isère. Rich religious and Baroque heritage. Privileged location on the famous Route des Grandes Alpes, a prestigious tourist route for motorbikes, cyclists and cars towards the Col de l'Iseran. Ideal for a sports or relaxation stay!
