"Die Wohnung war ungepflegt. Das Wohnzimmer nicht beheizbar: im Fenster stand ein Heizkörper, der nirgendwo angeschlossen war. Wir funktionierten dann das zweite Schlafzimmer zu unserem Wohnzimmer um. Die Duschvorhänge waren kaputt und schmutzig. Wenn man nach dem Duschen auf die Toilette wollte, musste man den Duschvorhang hochziehen und tropfte dann voll. Im Brotkasten lag Brot mit dem Haltbarkeitsdatum August 24. Das ganze zu einem Preis, der weit höhere Erwartungen rechtfertigte. "

Das Objekt ist liebevoll gestaltet, d.h. die Alte Mühle mit sich drehendem Mühlrad und ein schöner kleiner Park drumherum. In der Mühle befindet sich auch das Standesamt, was für das Objekt spricht.
