Da die Reinigung 70 euro kostet und wir den Müll selbst entsorgen müssen. Finde den preis überzogen.Strom wurde am Abreisetag abgerechnet für 70 kwh wurden 26 euro fällig.Ferienhaus war bei der Ankunft viel zu kalt.Preis voll überzogen

Super Häuschen, schöner Wald. Leider nicht sehr viel in der nähe und nur ein Spielplatz. Müsste mal alles in schuss gebracht werden. Wäre ein super Center Parcs Objekt

Faschingsauszeit im Haus Charly

Ein toller Aufenthalt mit unseren Hunden ! Eingezäunter Garten -viele Wege zum spazieren gehen und alles da , was man braucht !

Kleines gemütliches Häuschen

Gut ausgestattetes, umzäuntes und uneinsehbares Grundstück mit Sonne im Garten bis Spätnachmittags. Im Umfeld keine Infrastruktur (im Oktober). Eine Seeterasse oder Lokal wäre schön. Diese Gebäude und das Hotel werden von einer indischen Tempelgemeinschaft genutzt. Die Gesamtanlage leidet hierunter deutlich.

Männer-Wochenende

Schönes Ferienhaus, leider nicht mit direkekter Parkmöglichkeit (man muss das gesamte Gepäck ca. 50 Meter bergauf schleppen). Die Terrasse vorm Haus liegt größtenteils im Schatten, der dazugehörige Rasen war umbenutzbar, da von Hund(en) großzügig mit "Tretmienen" versehen. Sofas und Betten sind sehr bequem. 2 Toiletten, ein ausreichend ausgestattete kleine Küche, eine große Essecke und ein gemütlicher Kamin (Holz muss man selbst mitbringen) runden das kleine vorteilhaft geschnittene Haus ab. Aufgrund von ausschließlich vorhandener Elektro-Heizkörper sollte man sich nicht über die am Ende fällige Stromrechnung erschrecken. Hier gilt das Motto: "weniger ist mehr".

Sehr schön für ein Weekend

Techniker kam leider nicht, um den TV einzustellen. Vergebens gewartet 😬… Im Winter sollten wenigstens 2 Stück Holz vorrätig sein, da Stromheizung und das dauert bei ausgekühltem einige Stunden. Alles in allem schön und weiter zu empfehlen! ☘️

Schöne ruhige Lage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen schönen Kurzurlaub zu 5 in diesem netten, sauberen Häuschen mit versetzten Ebenen. Wenn das Wetter besser gewesen wäre, hätte man schön in dem eingezäunten, kaum einsehbaren Garten sitzen können. Die Lage Terrasse/Garten war im Vergleich zu anderen Häusern im Park wirklich völlig ungestört. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Alle Räume haben Fenster, selbst die beiden Badezimmer/WC! Die Küche wäre uns für einen längeren Aufenthalt zu klein/ungünstige Einteilung+es fehlte ein Backofen. Teppichboden in den SZ ist nicht so schön, aber war uns ja im Vorfeld klar, und er war sauber. Sonst alles OK für ein paar erholsame Tage mit Ausflügen in die Umgebung (wir waren in Fulda, Eisenach und Homberg/Efze). Im Sommer ist die Lage am See mit Freizeitmöglichkeiten/Wasserski bestimmt viel schöner. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung mit dem Verwalter!
