Some of the lines could use replacement such as the bed pillows that had their stuffing coming out. There were nine remote controls, several of which did not work and there were no instructions. The bedroom TV had no input. The local contact person had no solution. His response was "Then I'm not sure." No offer to solve the problem. My husband, who has limited mobility, would have appreciated a working TV as he is unable to participate in some of the outdoor activities."
