"All staff were genuinely kind, caring and helpful which was noticeable and much appreciated. Guest satisfaction and attention to detail is something the Wilde Resort & Spa management strongly believe in, and the extra effort pays off to make the difference between a "nice stay" typical of most hotels, and a "truly memorable experience" at the Wilde Resort which you talk about for several days afterwards. Everything from texting us that we can check-in early, to our time spent at the spa, a great room (my wife and I had a King suite), an amazing breakfast at the resort's Rascal restaurant, to checkout was truly a restful & relaxing get-away. Just the experience what you always hope for, but don't always receive, even at highly rated hotels. "What a great stay in Sedona. Not all rooms get a view of the red rocks but all rooms are only a couple steps from the lobby which allows you to view the red rocks. You can also enjoy a drink while taking in the view, and the stars at night. Robyn (front desk) was super sweet and very well informed. We would likely go back just to see her again. "
