Start your day with coffee on the back deck, taking in the views of Sugarloaf Mountain. Spend your day hiking with access to top trails. Unwind on a hammock or in the hot tub as the sun sets and the sky lights up! Enjoy the later evening, playing many outdoor games including mini putt, corn hole, ladder ball, and giant Jenga. Top the evening off, relaxed by the fire.

Please be sure to read house rules before booking. Please note this is a quiet and respectful neighborhood.

• No loud noise past 9pm
• No parties, events, smoking or pets. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air, clean carpets and scrub walls.
• Hot Tub use is as your own risk - please enjoy responsibly. Our hot tub is professionally cleaned and maintained every week. However we do not offer refunds for sightings of bugs or animals. Friendly reminder that Sedona is a desert and it is possible to have sightings of spiders, scorpions, bugs, javelinas or wild animals.
• Adult supervision of children on the property at all times including the hot tub.
• Checkin time is 4 PM
• Checkout time is 10 AM
• No Extra / Overnight Guests
• No Parking anywhere other than assigned spaces and available street parking
• The person who uses their VRBO account to make the reservation must be present during the stay or reservation will be cancelled immediately per VRBO's 3rd party cancellation guidelines with no refund.
• Hot Tub maintenance happens weekly. The technician will only access the backyard area and will not enter the house. For your privacy and security, please keep doors locked when you are away.
