The space
This delightful Uptown getaway enjoys a marvelous location, two short blocks from wonderful restaurants, shops, & galleries. It has been really well remodeled yet retains its Old Sedona charm. The large, completely fenced-in, tree-lined backyard features an inviting patio & garden area. Cozy & comfortable, it's a great place to live it up in the midst of all that Uptown has to offer.
Guest access
You will have the entire two bedroom unit to yourself. The large deck and backyard is a shared space with the unit next door with a relaxing sitting area to enjoy. You will have your own parking space on property. If your vehicle is low profile, there is a curve to the driveway and you may use on-street parking in front of the driveway, or any open space around the house.

But my favorite parts of Sedona are the little known secret places, that you can explore and experience without the crowds. This gem is one of those secret locations. Sedona almost never gets snow, and when it does snow, it rarely sticks. So when a giant snow storm shut down the whole city last winter, we were dying to go out and get some epic snow pictures! Locals refer to this spot as the Birthing Cave. It is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy parts of the city. It is a fairly easy hike to get here, but getting up into the cave is a whole other story! It requires a lot of scrambling, and some serious guts! Can't beat the location!!

This is a eclectic, spacious, and comfortable location. It worked great for our quick trip to Sedona. We LOVED being walking distance from downtown. Would book again.

Incredible location

Short walk to all the shops and restaurants. The house has been freshened up nicely and is stocked very well with everything you’ll need to feel like you just moved to Sedona. Great place I recommend highly.

Great house, great location, very convenient.

The house was spotless, and we loved that we could walk to local shops and restaurants. The check in/check out process was easy as well. I would 100% stay here again.

Central location with comfortable settings

Very spacious for a family of four and super central locations. We had a great stay in the house. Beds are comfortable. It’s very walkable to shops and restaurants. The whole family can explore the town and come back relax in no time. Will want to come back again.

Wonderful location and very comfortable!

We were a family of 5 for our visit with our 2 adult children sleeping on the pull out sofa and other sofa. All the beds were very comfortable and even the sofas were comfortable as well. It was within walking distance to Uptown Sedona and extremely convenient. We really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing location- Bummed there was no hot tub.

We travel a couple times of year and stay in VRBO's. This was one of the nicest or THE nicest we've stayed in. The place had what you needed and also provided great coffee! The location couldn't have been better. I would stay again for sure!

Great location

Lovely place with a great location - just a block or so from downtown Sedona. We had some WiFi connection issues, but Ben was very responsive and sent his housekeeper over to troubleshoot. We had a wonderful time in the perfect location.

Best Sedona Location and Lovely Home

Our experience staying at this VRBO definitely exceeded our expectations. The beds are very comfortable, the home is clean, spacious and well outfitted. The host was very responsive, everything worked well and the best part...you can easily walk to most anywhere in uptown Sedona. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly book here again.

Don’t let this one get away!

From beginning to end, this was THE PERFECT place to stay! The host made everything easy to navigate. The personal touches made such an impact. We cannot say enough good things about this home. Beautiful!

We loved our stay. The house was so clean and well equipped. Perfect for two couples. The location was ideal for walking into Sedona .. two minute walk. So many restaurants close by! Benjamin responded so quickly to our questions and check in was so easy. I’ve never stayed in an Air B&B that was so clean! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful spot in Uptown Sedona

What a wonderful find for our Sisters Trip! This home is close to everything. We parked our car and walked all over Uptown. The home is gorgeous: beautifully decorated and all the amenities we wanted. What a comfortable spot.

We had only one day, and two nights to visit the area which just wasn’t enough. This home was the perfect, and I mean perfect, location. Close to everything. The rooms were comfortable, the kitchen stocked with the basics… thank you for the coffee. The air conditioning was a struggle, but only because we didn’t read the instructions first. So make sure to read the instructions in the book. They are splits in each room, which is e have at home, but we don’t program ours like they do. When we come back this will be our first choice. Thank you Ben!

Great stay!

We had a great stay at the Gem House! It was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, toaster oven, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, etc. There was a nice grill outside and a washer/dryer with detergent. It and had plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, towels and linens. The location was great! Walkable to downtown (we loved the brewery- 4 min walk) and one spot of covered parking and curb parking available. Overall a great stay, we will definitely book here again.
