This beautifully remodeled home features two bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed. One bedroom includes an ensuite bath, and there’s a second guest bathroom with a walk-in shower for added convenience.

Whether you want to bike, hike, or simply relax, you'll love soaking in our 4-person hot tub after a day of adventure. Located in the heart of West Sedona, the home is just a short stroll to the Thunder Mountain Trailhead, giving you access to some of Sedona’s most scenic hiking and biking trails—no car needed!

The home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood near the base of Thunder Mountain, a highly sought-after location in West Sedona. Grocery stores, restaurants, and shops are just minutes away.

Please note: Sedona enforces a 10 PM quiet time ordinance to ensure peaceful evenings for all.
Having a car is the easiest way to get around. Uber is also available in Sedona. Public transportation is limited, but we do have a service available with LINKS transportation.

Please Note: There is a separate guest house on the property. Parking for the main two-bedroom home is located off the side street, Pastoral Drive. The private driveway leads directly to the front door and patio for easy access.

To comply with local short-term rental regulations, hosts are required to conduct a sex offender background check on the person making the reservation prior to check-in.

Sedona hiking

This was one of the best VRBO properties we have stayed at. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. Great location. It was in a cool neighborhood of small homes, close to downtown but far enough so there was no traffic noise. You can walk to some hikes and a short drive to many of the iconic hikes. Met the owners who were very nice. I would stay there again.
