A cozy home in a peaceful village in West Sedona, Arizona, ideally located within walking distance to dining, shopping, and local attractions. The home accommodates up to nine guests and features a private backyard with a wellness spa, including a hot tub, sauna, and ice cold plunge. Enjoy a propane operated fire pit with Adirondack chairs, outdoor seating, and a barbecue grill. Family-friendly amenities include games, yoga mats, a high chair, and a crib for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Upon arrival, your access code for the smart lock will be provided on the day of check-in prior to reaching the property. Please do not hesitate to contact the host with any questions or requests—we are here to assist you. While you will have the apartment to yourselves, support is always available. A guidebook is also provided in the unit, offering recommendations on dining, activities, and local attractions to help you plan your stay.

You’ll have full access to the entire home, including the front yard and backyard—it’s all yours to enjoy! Please just be mindful not to block the cottage driveway, as it is a separate property.

Relax and unwind in the backyard with wellness spa amenities like a jacuzzi, sauna, and ice plunge. There’s also a barbecue grill, outdoor furniture, Adirondack chairs, and a fire pit for you to enjoy. Feel free to have fun with outdoor games like cornhole, tic-tac-toe bean bag toss, jenga or get active with yoga—mats are provided.

The home is family-friendly, with a high chair, crib, and kid-friendly bath setup available. Inside, you’ll find brand-new furniture and a fully equipped kitchen with all cookware, spices, snacks, and essentials provided. Fresh towels, including beach and makeup towels, are also available for your use. We also have wooden chess checkers tic toe game, Uno, Monopoly, Go Fish, Crazy 8's, Old Maid, Slap Jack, Garbage Monster, War to play indoor. Roku, Netflix and Prime Video is in the house as well. Enjoy your stay!
WiFi: This home has the best WiFi available in Sedona; however, internet speed and service in Sedona aren’t generally as fast and reliable as in major cities. While we don’t typically have any issues, we do want to let you know in case that might impact your trip.

The home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed with a private bathroom, including a bathtub and shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with access to the backyard. The third bedroom includes two queen-size beds and there is a second bathroom with a shower in the house accessible to everyone. A couch in the living room is available to sleep for 1 guest. It is not a pull out couch but extra pillows and blankets are provided. All beds and pillows are designed for comfort, offering a cozy, hotel-style experience. A washer and dryer are available in the unit for your convenience. While the dining table is compact, additional dining trays are provided so guests can comfortably enjoy meals in the living area.

Sedona (including West Sedona) is a small, spread-out town. Even though there are shuttles, having a car is still the easiest and most recommended way to get around public.
