The Sedona House @ Matterhorn

Nestled just three blocks from The Matterhorn in the heart of uptown Sedona this exquisite two-story, four-bedroom home comes fully equipped with two full bathrooms, a powder room, complete full kitchen, a living room, dining room, laundry room and hot tub. The first bedroom, featuring a king bed is conveniently located on the first floor. Second floor includes 3 bedrooms with1 Kind bed in secondary, and a Queen bed in third and fourth bedrooms.

The upstairs terrace provides red rock views and seating area for your morning coffee or nightcap. The intimate courtyard has multiple seating areas, a barbeque, or enjoy a glass of wine by our fire-place.

There is no cancellation fee when you cancel 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Cancellations after the 48 hour period will be charged a one night's room rate and applicable tax. Failure to show up at property is deemed a no show and guest will be charged the full amount of the guest stay including taxes.
