This spacious family home is both gorgeous and functional with private landscaped yard. Large enough for families or small groups. The unique design and architecture make this home very appealing. The hot tub, large master bathroom, spacious kitchen with more than enough room, 3 car garage, fireplace and 4 bedrooms make staying here easy and comfortable. The location, just steps from the multiple hiking trail, restaurants, grocery stores, breweries, wine bars and everything else West Sedona has to offer makes the trip fun and awe inspiring. We are conveniently located near groceries, restaurants, breweries, hiking and biking, Oak Creek Canyon and more. This area has much to offer and this home is a great starting and ending point for each day.

We have secure, private wifi for your working or entertainment needs with speeds over 100mbps. We have found working and playing on the same trip to be an ideal combination. HIKING: bring your national parks pass for free parking at trailheads or use our expired NP by placing it on your windshield for free parking .
We focus on providing you everything you need for a great vacation and nothing more so we can keep our prices low as possible. We’ve also cut out a management company . Sure a fruit basket upon arrival is a nice touch but do you really want to pay up to $100/night more for that?

This home is uniquely designed and tastefully decorated as a result. We have furnished the home with new mattresses, luxurious linens and new towels. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to save money by eating in. There is a gas grill out back and outdoor or indoor dining. There is a smart TV with Hulu and other streaming options. And of course the hot tub, outdoor fire pit and indoor fireplace for post hike relaxation. We also provide games, cards and books for family or downtime. If you have little ones we have a pack n play so you can leave yours at home. But we dont stop there. We know how important clean is to our guests . In fact, it's our number one priority . Our cleaning staff will ensure you feel good about being in our property. No excuses.

And of course value. Without providing the fruit basket or individual sized french milled soap we will charge you less, providing a much more affordable vacation by focusing on essentials. You're going to go shopping anyway so we will let you keep the $100/night or more the others charge and let you pick out your own apples and soap.
