Sedona Vacation

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Sedona Dream Weaver and will be picking this property when we return.The location was perfect for the many scenic and shopping adventures. Most of all, the property was very well maintained and exceptionally clean!!! We highly recommend the Sedona Dream Weaver.

We absolutely loved this house! It is in a perfect location, it's clean, the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are all gorgeous. The waterfall outside created a perfect ambiance for coffee on the patio. The only thing we feel like could be improved is the door from the living room to the back patio has a problem with the door latch. The door handle does not open the latch enough to open the door so we got stuck outside a couple times and had to go around to the garage or front door and enter again with the code. Otherwise it was a perfect stay!

Excellent Home and Location

This is a fantastic home in a lovely neighborhood. We were impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and the kitchen, which had everything we needed. The outdoor area and hot tub provided a great space to relax. We also appreciated being just a short distance from downtown while still enjoying the tranquility of a quiet setting.

Great property

Clean, functional and well located. From the church around the corner you can connect to the trail system. Nice fireplaces, great hot tub and fire pit. Well appointed. We enjoyed it very much.

Amazing Birthday Getaway!

Our stay in Sedona was absolutely perfect! The rental was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The views were breathtaking, and we loved sipping coffee on the patio each morning while taking in the red rock scenery.The location was ideal—close to great hiking trails, shops, and restaurants, but still peaceful and quiet for a restful stay. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a memorable birthday trip.Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a wonderful Sedona experience. We can't wait to come back!

Luxurious home in quiet neighborhood

Clean, perfectly stocked with gorgeous enclosed back patio with hot tub. Home is beautifully decorated. Bedrooms, bathrooms and closets are large. Beds very comfortable with lovely linens. All appliances top of the line. Neighborhood quiet but easy access to town and hiking trails. Would certainly book again!

Sedona with peccaries and a hot tub.

The property was great for our needs and would accomodate a larger group easily. It was very very clean had a wonderful tub and shower in the master and we definitely enjoyed the hot tub. We also appreciated the red rock pass and the peccaries that wandered the neighborhood. The kitchen was minimally stocked with coffee and spices so bring what you need and i ended up wanting something to wipe down counters with as well. wandere

This property looked exactly like the pictures, which were awesome. We travel about 3 times a year and this property is the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. Ever attention to detail and great communication at every stage. Especially loved the waterfall in the back yard. Wanted for nothing except more time in this beautiful home. Would highly recommend, was a great overall location.

Great location

The house was in a great location. Close to shops and trails. It was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials. The backyard was cute with nice amenities. The only downside to this house was the bathroom/shower situation. We traveled as a group of 6 adult friends. The 2 full bathrooms were both located in bedrooms. The master bedroom bath didn’t have a door so sharing that bathroom was impossible if you wanted to be in there while someone was using the bathroom. Had we known the bathrooms were in bedrooms I wouldn’t have booked it. It would be a great place for 2 couples or a family.

Sedona

Will start with the pros/ very nice neighborhood and nice views of the mountains and the location was okay / took about 10-15 min to go to store / restaurants. The house itself is nice but dated / it didn’t look like it had been cleaned well / lots of debris outside / hot tub was cold and fireplaces didn’t work which was a bummer . Called to address it and didn’t receive timely help before our stay was over . One of the worst experience with a management company .

Beware last minute Contract

The house is lovely and the pictures are accurate. The hot tub in the backyard was great and the landscaping is even better than the pictures suggest. You can walk to several great hiking spots from the house which saves you from driving and trying to park (which can be difficult). The thing that ruined this for me was that less than 48 hours before checking in, they sent me a contract that had to be signed and agreed to or else they would cancel my reservation. Among 7 other objectionable paragraphs, the contract makes you waive all rights to contest any credit card charges from their organization. I thought that was really outrageous and pure extortion since I had to sign or cancel the trip. If they had sent that at the time I reserved on VRBO, I would have found another place. Also, offering to allow early or late check out for 100/hour??? Pure greed and grift. Obviously no one was checking in on that Monday, but if I stayed one minute over, the threat of charging a 1/2 day's fee or the "offer" to pay 100/hour to pack?

Long weekend getaway

We went for a weekend of hiking and relaxing. The home was great and suited all our needs. Location was great as we could get on hiking trails right from the property. The only issue was when we arrived there was a water main leak. The property Managment was supposed to have called us and did not. We found out when we arrived from the landscaper who was working on the leak. When we contacted the property Management Company call wait times were long and were promised only an hour without water. The landscaper was great he was very helpful and worked even into the dark with a flashlight to get us water. It took over 3 hours with little to no communication from the management company. I never even got a call to check in to see if everything was fixed and if everything was working correctly. If it wasn't for Dave's Landscaping I would have gave them a much lower score.

The home was very nice and inviting. The welcome booklet clearly explained the details of the home and the park pass for the local destinations was a great surprise. The fenced in backyard was great for our dog.
