Relaxing Home with amazing Red Rock Views and Private Patio near Uptown

A very well-kept home located in west Sedona. This 1750 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is perfect for any stay in Sedona. You will enjoy the large red rock viewing windows in almost every room! The property is about 2 miles from "uptown", 1/4 mile walk from a grocery store, Oakcreek Brewery & a 1/2 mile walk from the Thunder Mountain trail system. We take great pride in you having the best stay possible in Sedona! See reviews, “best VRBO ever”, “Views from the windows were spectacular”, “clean, spacious, great location to town & trails” etc.

As a guest, you have access to a large full amenities kitchen, main living room with stunning red rock views via large windows, & 3 queen size bedrooms. Both primary bedrooms have awesome redrock viewing windows & their own full bathrooms. The primary bedroom courtyard is accessible from the living room / or primary bedroom. 1st-floor primary bedroom has dual vanity sinks, one bathtub & a separate shower. The upstairs primary bedroom has a full bathroom/shower. An additional shared 1/2 bathroom is accessible from the living room. Enjoy our cherry tree-shaded patio or the secluded master courtyard on warm evenings. I strive to provide a clean, comfortable, & value-oriented listing (city STR License #008642). We use low-fragrance natural cleaning supplies during our thorough cleanings between guests. Vehicle parking consists of 2 driveway, & 1 street-side spot. We provide complimentary organic whole-bean coffee for every stay!

Other things to note
A queen self-inflating air mattress is available to host 2 extra individuals to 8 total. Thorough sterile cleaning of high contact areas (light switches, door knobs, tv controllers). Each mattress has comfortable bio covers that are wiped down after each booking. I am a registered nurse that takes cleanliness seriously!

Great place!

Overall great and easy to work with owner. House is outdated if that bothers you but we didn't mind at all since it is great and great location. Great house and would definitely stay again.

House was perfect for a week with me and my 2 adult children. Very clean, close to everything, yet away from all the traffic of downtown Sedona. Views from the windows were spectacular. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay - short drive to uptown and hiking access walkable from house. House was comfortable for our family with 2 young adult children. Property owner was very responsive and helpful. Only wish the master bedroom had a king size bed!

Great Vacation Spot!

There were 5 ladies in our group & the home accommodated us perfectly. We had plenty of room & it was very comfortable with lots of amenities provided. Thomas was great with communication & information about the beautiful area of Sedona. Would love to visit again some day.

Perfect place to relax

My family has been traveling all over Arizona and Utah. By the time we got to Sedona we were beat. The house was a welcome stop over. Clean, comfortable, and even had a Christmas tree lit and waiting for us. Highly recommend.

Perfect location and nice house

This house is the perfect Location for all things in Sedona. I stayed with my sister-in-law and our moms and we all enjoyed our time. The house is very clean, well stocked with basic needs, and has a nice layout. The owner of the property was attentive and gave great recommendations as we requested. The views from the windows are AMAZING! If I come back I would definitely stay here again.

Close to hiking!

The house worked very well for 5 adults and was consistent with description. Quiet neighborhood and very comfortable home with quick access to grocery stores. Kitchen had all needed items for cooking in. It was a short walk to the trailheads which we loved!

We had the best stay in West Sedona at this property. Tom, the owner was attentive and intuitive to our needs, as everything is provided for in the home. From the location to local trails, restaurants, shopping etc. and the comfort of the very clean home, we had everything we needed for a memorable stay in Sedona. Like previous guests, we can't say enough about our host, Tom, and his property. Highly recommend it and we look forward to returning.

Beautiful view from home, a little trouble getting into the home, but was able to get in touch with owner quickly. Definitely would like to have stayed longer after realizing how many trails there were to explore. 2 Days was not enough.

An outstanding property!

This is truly a wonderful property to rent! Two blocks away from grocery stores, drug stores, a couple restaurants, the main street of Sedona. And you can look out at Sugarloaf! Super quiet at night. Stayed here in April 2024 for three nights to hike with family. Every major trail in Sedona is less than a 15-minute drive (if you head out early as we did). Owner is a gem--he's available for any and all Sedona hiking, dining, or activity questions. I would absolutely book this property again. Don't hesitate--book this property for your visit!

Great Value, perfect for our needs

We were in town for a wedding. Lots of family flying in from out of state. The rooms at the resort were very pricey so we found great value in sharing the cost of the VRBO and loved the ability to have a functional homestead for the weekend. Highly recommended. The property owner was very attentive and our stay was flawless. Thanks again to Thomas for sharing his home with us. Made our weekend experience so much more comfortable and stress free.

Best views & lots of space

4 adults, we had plenty of space to relax and chat. Conveniently located, near restaurants, hiking, and shopping. We should have stayed longer. Well stocked kitchen! The private deck is very small, fits 2 but not 4. Not really a space for spending much time outdoors. But we were out and about..so it didn't matter. Great communication and fast responses to questions about the area from owner! Very happy with our stay here!

Beautiful Sedona Views

We had a fantastic time! The host Tom went above and beyond to make sure we had a great trip. He was super helpful and made sure we were comfortable for the whole stay. The house was great! Very clean and roomy - we had 4 adults and a toddler and had plenty of space to relax and hang out together. The views from the living room and bedrooms are absolutely amazing! Pictures really don’t do it justice, you have to see it to appreciate the beauty. And the location is really convenient - grocery store and restaurants right down the street, only a few minutes from uptown. We went to Crescent Moon Ranch and visited family staying in the Village of Oak Creek as well multiple times over the weekend with under a 15 minute drive either direction. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely recommend or stay here again next time.
