Located in one of the quietest neighborhoods on the south side of Sedona. Just a 5 min drive to all the amenities, cafes, restaurants and grocery store in the Village of Oak Creek, along with hiking trails like Bell Rock, Cathedral Rock and more. This cozy cottage is a perfect retreat, complete with starlight, solitude, and direct trail access to the Coconino National Forest.

The expansive private back yard invites peaceful enjoyment of nature with a red rock backdrop. At night, enjoy star gazing while grilling up a delicious dinner or cozied up next to the firepit. During the day, follow your inner compass out onto the forestry land and explore to your heart’s content.

Inside the Cottage there is ample space for two. From the queen-sized master ensuite with an additional full bathroom adjacent, to the open plan kitchen and dining room that leads into a cozy living room with expansive glass double doors and floor to ceiling windows on both sides. In the morning, the front deck invites you to sit and catch the earliest rays of sun, and in the evening, enjoy the privacy of the back patio and watch the sunset glow on Lee Mountain just beyond the fence.

Don’t miss the opportunity to curl up on the sofa under the weighted blanket and watch TV or gaze out at the red rocks from our meditation chair or the outdoor covered dining table. Another charming aspect of the Cottage is the skylight over the bed, perfect for stargazing as you fall asleep.

The Cottage is close to the Village of Oak Creek (5 mins drive) and everything Sedona has to offer, or you can stay home and feel like you're in the middle of your own red rock paradise, which makes it a perfect escape.

This is a truly extraordinary property. The location is mesmerizing. The home is comfortable, well appointed, comfortably furnished and beautifully decorated with pleasing art. The grounds are exquisite. Simply put, it sets the standard for all other vacation rentals to strive for.We will happily return to lovely Sedona and can only hope to stay here again.

This morning we woke up to a herd of javelinas (at least 20!) meandering across the back of the property. We also enjoyed a family of coyotes each morning. This property has been such a consistently great place for us to stay when we come to Sedona. The house is clean, the view is spectacular, the host is very accommodating. We love it so much that it is like a second home. Recently added a fantastic covered dinning area which was wonderful.

Perfect location

This cottage was exactly as described and was a perfect location for my husband and I to enjoy in a quiet neighborhood. We were close to lots of hiking yet not in a busy area. Chris was great and communicated often to make sure we were settled in and he was available for any questions we had. The cottage had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to the Sedona area.

Peaceful Oak Creek Village Rental

We loved our two night stay. The house had everything we needed, was cozy, and in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard view was wonderful and nice to have easy access to a trail just beyond the blue gate. We truly enjoyed our short visit and the host was quick to respond to any questions.

Beautiful and Peaceful

This home did not disappoint. The pictures could not do justice for the beauty of this home and the area. We stayed here for three weeks and the host, Chris, could not have been more accommodating. We had everything we needed, and having trails and the National forest in our back yard was most certainly a plus!

Charming home and peaceful stay

This home was absolutely charming! It was so peaceful and a nice retreat. And Chris was such an attentive host down to every detail. During my stay we had some windy nights but he reached out to make sure everything was fine at the house. This was one of the best rental experiences I have ever had and I hope to be able to return some day. Highly recommend!

Lovely Little Getaway

This was our first visit to the Sedona area and this place was the perfect little place for our short stay. It was clean, comfortable, and had good indoor and outdoor space. The cottage was cozy and thoughtfully decorated. The red rock backdrop was a beautifully dramatic setting to wake up to each morning. Chris was a thoughtful and responsive host, and even lent us his own personal coffee grinder to use for our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place! Awesome host!

We stayed here last minute for my fiancé’s birthday, and we couldn’t have been happier. The location is gorgeous! Close to town, but far enough away to enjoy the expansive desert. The host has a wealth of suggestions they’ll send you prior to your arrival. We would absolutely visit again.

Sedona experience

Peaceful, Quiet, Serene

Third time staying at this lovely cottage at the base of courthouse butte Chris is always so welcoming and helpful, the place is super clean and there are many amenities.
