About this property

Private Casita with Beautiful Red Rock Views and Large Deck

  • Large deck for quiet dinners or glasses of wine! A sweet casita fully furnished with kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer. A perfect romantic get-away for two. Very close to trails and a short drive to uptown for shopping and restaurants. Private access, plenty of parking, EV Level 2 charger available to guests, owners live on site in adjacent home. The casita sits above a garage, so stairs are involved. It is 650 sq. ft. and the deck adds another 400 sq ft. My husband and I are also fully vaccinated against covid. Our property has a septic plumbing system which requires all paper products to be put in trash can instead of the toilet.
