The house is well situated near town and in a quiet neighborhood. The views from the living room were really spectacular. We really enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage. The kitchen was pretty well appointed. The WiFi was pretty terrible going out usually at least once a day and sometimes needing to be reset multiple times a day.
Easy check in. The property was just as pictured. The wifi didn't work the first and last day. Someone repaired it on the second day but then it quit working the last day. Very clean and well maintained. Loved the area. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
We wanted to experience Sedona in the winter and were not disappointed. The hiking was terrific and the central location was perfect. Views were spectacular! We particularly enjoyed the sunrises. Just down the road from the house we found the oldest building in Sedona (1926) which was now a very cute gift shop. We found some great gifts for family.
Was difficult to find driveway at first as shares driveway with another home. However there are shrubs so you cannot see the other home. Very nice neighborhood. Feels secluded. Love the southwestern decor and red rock stain glass. The real appeal to me was the large windows and amazing view of red rocks. It is stunning. I enjoyed sitting out on the patio taking in the view. It is still close to everything too. Tlaquepaque market is 5 mins or less down the road.
Overall it was comfortable except a few things. They use perfumes laundry detergent which I’m
Allergic to on the bedroom sheets. So had to get hypoallergenic laundry detergent and rewash the sheets. Bed was memory foam which was okay but I would have preferred a lil firmer. No mattress protectors on beds which is odd. Sheets very thin but good comforter. Pillows were okay but a lil overfilled. Internet went out a few times for 5-20 mins while we were trying to stream our fav shows. So that was annoying. Smoke detector beeped low battery all night one night but contacted them in the morning and they sent someone to fix it. There were no spices not even salt and pepper or oil for cooking. They did have other basics and bathroom toiletries. Nice garage to park vehicle in. Overall I would recommend staying here. :)
Overall this property is in a nice location with gorgeous scenic views.
The good: laundry machines (there was some detergent and fabric sheets in the cupboard), dishwasher, paper products provided (a roll of paper towels, and plenty of toilet paper). Decent towels provided. The place was clean, quiet neighbors, and great large garage to park a big SUV no problem. The bathrooms were big and worked fine for us. The grill and all appliances worked well.
The negatives: Although the beds were comfortable overall, there were no mattress pads on the beds which seemed a little odd. The queen over queen bunk was VERY shaky. When someone in one of the beds moved, the whole bed moved which my kids did not like. They kept complaining the other one woke them up just by shifting around. We never did figure out how to work the blinds in that room, although we never asked so that’s on us. As other reviews noted, the kitchen is not well stocked, so just make note and buy or bring anything and everything you might need. (Bring a favorite spatula because the only one is a partially melted plastic one.) There was not a big frying pan, just a few smaller ones. We made do though! The internet was very spotty for watching anything on the tv but we did contact the company and they were very responsive. (We never really got better internet but we didn’t bother too much with it).
Overall our trip to Sedona was fantastic and filled with so much hiking and absolutely stunning landscape. Loved it!
My family (3 of us) stayed for a week in mid-July. We wanted to get out of the Phoenix heat, and I needed to take a break from work.
PROS:
- The house is very central in the middle of the city.
- It was a very quiet during the day and night.
- It was clean, spacious and had a great view to the south.
- Large garage, no problem parking a large SUV.
- The beds and sheets good.
- We cooked breakfast every day, plenty of utensils to work with.
- Most of the appliances looked updated.
CONS:
- Fought with the thermostat constantly at night. I would set it at 70 and it would reset after an hour or two. I had to get up 3 times a night so we wouldn't sweat. Hosts couldn't help.
- Some the furniture like the couch is dated and have a few stains.
- The porch where the outside couches are is not covered so if it rains everything is wet until it's not.
- Getting onto the wireless requires you to opt into receiving marketing. No way around it.
- No garage door clicker, kind of a pain if you are in and out a lot.
- I felt I had to wash all of the dishes and silverware I was going to use after I found some of it dirty.
- Had many issues getting check-in instructions and providing photo information for the reservation. Their website didn't work to upload photos.
Bottomline for ME: I wouldn't stay here again in the summer because of the thermostat situation. Seems trivial but I never got a good night's sleep and I count on that on vacation.
Beautiful home and very clean. Views were fantastic. If you are planning on doing any cooking, there are no condiment's so be prepared to do grocery shopping.
This rental was even nicer than the already amazing photos in the listing. The view is spectacular and the place is furnished so comfortably. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!
This house was fantastic. It's in a great neighborhood with spectacular views. Located within range of everything you want to do, yet remote enough to feel like a getaway. If we ever make it back to Sedona we hope this house is available then!
Wonderful home with a breath taking view. Spacious home with a large open living and kitchen area. For our family of 9, including our 2 yr old grandson, the home and location was a perfect fit. We will be back.
This stay was pretty perfect for our group of four, we really enjoyed the house and our time in Sedona. As with any property in Sedona, you need to come with someone who is brave enough to kill spiders. We had a few in the house, and I would expect that would be the case everywhere. The kitchen was pretty sparse (no olive oil, very few cooking utensils), but we made it work! There's a whole foods close by and it was super easy to get to. Would stay again.
The house was newly refurbished and lots of natural light. Great views from living areas. However, the fireplace was unusable, and we had very cold weather, so the house felt un-homey. Only overhead lighting, which added to the stark feeling. Kitchen is great. Close to town. Very modern in decor. Good for a group.
Beautiful Location for Remote Work or Play with a View
This is such a beautiful home and location. The view is stunning from almost every room. Excellent Wi-Fi supported 3 of us working remotely while not enjoying the beautiful Sedona area. After long days of activities, the comfortable memory foam beds in each room were much appreciated! There were a few spots on rugs and couch from a previous dog, which was only reason for reduced rating for cleanliness. This didn’t detract from our visit, as we greatly appreciate having a beautiful place to be able to enjoy with our dogs. Would definitely consider staying here again!

No birthday celebration
We decided to celebrate two birthdays in Sedona & made dinner reservations a month in advance.
Upon arrival at the house, we were not able to use the given code to get into it. After calling four different phone numbers, the code was changed & it worked.
We missed our birthday dinner reservation & decided to celebrate at any open restaurant.
Next problem was that the door would not lock.
After finally reaching maintenance, they said the door was warped & someone would be there in the morning to fix it. No dinner that night.
Next day, no show maintenance person. I wasn’t able to check out & lock the door. Thankfully the maids came.
As for the house, it was as reads on the listing & beautiful.
The issue is with the management company.
