"We had 2 rooms booked which included 3 tvs. None of the tvs worked. The repair person wasn’t coming until after our 5 day staff. Extremely disappointed!!!! They only offered a resort fee of $113. Very dissatisfied!"

"The Vacation Club units are akin to apartments with small kitchen etc. The only amenity we used was the outdoor hot tub -- which was quite nice. We used it every night."

"This was my favorite trip I have taken ever and a huge part of that was because of the staff here. Everyone was kind and laid back and welcoming. It's so clean yet you hardly see people working. It's very impressive. The views were fantastic. The hot tub was perfect. You can tell the owner takes care of his staff. That makes a huge impact on any business. I adore you all and can't wait to go back. Shout out to my girl in the winnebago, the head security guy and my shuttle driver. And the guy at the front desk that is always there. I think he gets Mondays off! Great staff! Thank you all!! "
