Additional sleeping options include a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a twin bed nestled in a built-in stair nook, ideal for a small person or child.

Step outside to a private patio designed for gathering and relaxation. The fire pit and outdoor seating create an inviting spot for stargazing or sharing stories after sunset. Dine outdoors beneath the Sedona sky or soak year-round in the private hot tub. A paved driveway provides easy access and parking right by the home.

A fully equipped kitchen makes mealtimes simple, featuring a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking basics. Choose between a drip coffee maker or Keurig machine in the morning, then share meals at the dining table or fire up the grill for an outdoor cookout. Wine glasses and barbecue utensils are provided for effortless entertaining.

Comforts & conveniences
You’ll find everything needed for a relaxed stay, including a washer and dryer, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace in a room with a door. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, extra blankets, and room-darkening shades are provided, along with bathroom essentials and a hair dryer. Sedona is a dark sky community to preserve the natural environment and increase the astronomical viewing to residents and guests. Because of this, lights are not permitted outside after 9pm.

Breaking rules is subject to fines of $1000 plus damages done to the property
