Step inside to an open floor plan with soaring wood-plank ceilings, a welcoming living room with leather sofas, a warm gas fireplace, and a Smart TV. Natural light pours in, framing desert views. There is a second sitting area behind double doors – perfect for some quiet time or reading your favorite book - and a dedicated office with two desks make it easy to balance work and relaxation. Sep out to the expansive back patio with multiple seating areas, outdoor dining, a soothing hot tub, and breathtaking vistas.

The gourmet kitchen features commercial-grade stainless-steel appliances, including a gas range with double ovens, dual islands with bar seating, a wine fridge, and everything you need to cook at home. A sunlit breakfast nook seats four, while the formal dining table comfortably seats eight.

Primary Suite: King bed, Smart TV, patio access, and a see-through fireplace into a luxurious private bath with a double sink vanity, a soaking tub with a view, walk-in shower, and closet.
Guest Suite 2: King bed, Smart TV, red rock views, and en suite bath with tub/shower.
Guest Suite 3: King bed, Smart TV, window bench with views, and access to a shared Jack-n-Jill bath (dual sinks, tub/shower).
