Great Sedona Location for New Remodel, 4 bedrooms / 4.5 baths, Lots to Offer

Two homes are better than one!

Combine both homes on our Sedona property for the ultimate large group vacation rental. Two beautifully remodeled two bedroom homes gives you sleeping for eight and enough room for everyone, a huge patio option with lots of seating and fire pit, and access to a game room with pingpong and a pool table.

Unit A has two large seating areas, one with a TV, and another with fireplace. It has a large dining room table off the kitchen and tons of bar seating. Unit B has a spacious living room with a great sectional sofa, and a small four seat dining table. It also has great bar seating in the kitchen. Both kitchens are great for entertaining. DIrecTV is available on all TVs.

Together there are three rooms with kingsize beds and private bathrooms. All with large, beautiful tile showers. The fourth bedroom has two twins that can be separate or pushed together.

There is a shared laundry room with two washers and two dryers.

There is enough room to have a great get together with family and friends, and you are close to everything that the Red Rocks have to offer. Only a few minutes from downtown and near lots of hiking, biking and off roading.

Red Rocks Pass included with the home.

Wonderful property

This was a wonderful place to stay and have a small gathering. The property owner, Jay, is incredibly responsive. After we discovered an issue with the fridge in the evening, he sent over his maintenance guy and they were able to fix it that night. The pingpong and pool tables were super fun, the location was clean, and everything matched the listing. It definitely does feel bigger in real life than the pictures. Lots of storage space in the kitchen. And there were some goodies there when we arrived. The location is was wonderful and is a 13 minute walk to the airport mesa vortex and a quick drive to Tlaquepaque shopping center, grocery stores, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Beautiful home in a great location.

We had a group of 8 and we stayed in both units. Both units were beautiful and the ping pong and pool tables were used by everyone. The neighborhood is quiet and many of the neighbors could be seen walking their dogs each day. The property is next to many restaurants and shopping. We will definitely rent this property again when we travel to Sedona.

Perfect for our group

This house and guest house are amazing. It was perfect for our family and another family for our Christmas getaway. The main house has basically 2 master bedrooms and private baths, as well as plenty of space to gather, cook and hang out. The guest house was perfect for our kids (ages 14, 18 and 20) to have their own space. It is very clean and decorated beautifully. We enjoyed using the game room in the evenings. The yard is very private and has really nice space to hang out as well. We had never been to the area so in looking at the listing it was hard to tell where is was in relation to everything. It is located minutes away from everything. Close to both a regular grocery store and Whole Foods, minutes away from the downtown area, restaurants (check out Mesa Grill at the top of the main road to the house) and tons of trails. It also has gorgeous views that can be seen right out the kitchen windows. Bring a portable speaker if you want to play some music outside or in the game room. This place was gorgeous!

Absolutely Beautiful!!

This house was even prettier in person and I am so happy that we chose to stay there! The property owner was very responsive and continually checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. I would stay there again!!

Beautiful property just as the listing details. The beds were super comfy and both buildings were very nicely appointed. We were able to hang out as a family and enjoy some ping pong. Communication with the property manager was easy. Would stay here again!

Perfect house for multi-generation group

I was thrilled to find this property for my three-generation group of travelers. My family of four could have our own house so the grandparents could have peace and quiet at night. Both houses are nicely decorated, very clean, and very well-appointed with kitchen equipment. The linens and towels all seemed new and were very nice quality. The property is well-located in Sedona with spectacular views from the backyard fire pit. We only wish we could have stayed longer at this beautiful property!

Gorgeous Homes

These homes were beyond beautiful from their decor to the views. And the beds were so comfortable. The location was ideal for getting to our hikes and into town and close to restaurants. The game room was an added plus for our grandkids keeping them entertained for hours. I can’t say enough- thank you for a wonderful stay.

A great place

The photos don’t do it justice… this is two large, recently remodeled houses, on one giant lot, with a ton of space. The main house has an insane amount of cabinet storage, and an eight seat dining table, along with another eight barstools for counter seating. Five star review!
