My biggest concern/complaint is rental property pricing.
My biggest concern/complaint is rental property pricing. The pricing has gone up considerably post-Covid and is becoming prohibitive to future rental business for many of us. The properties we have stayed at this season, while nice, are not worth the cost. We are staying elsewhere next season given the price increases here in Sedona. Hopefully we can come back sometime in the future, but pricing must become more attractive (i.e. be reduced.) Lately its been very positive
We really enjoyed our month stay here. Was our home away from home. Spacious home that was very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Very well stocked. Lovely fenced in back yard that was nice to gaze at the stars at night. Location was great beautiful scenery but close to market, shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.
