Excellent property in a very quiet and convenient location. Walked to a really nice trailhead for some of the best views in town! Hot tub was a nice add
Our house in Sedona was an outstanding experience. Super-clean, beautifully furnished, great location. There was a small issue with the pool when we arrived and the team was communicative, responsive, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend this organization and this home in Sedona.
This property was really nice and very well stocked. The unit in the basement was lovely and the game room was well equipped. There was a Koi Pond Incident when the filter shut off overnight and most of the Koi were dead by morning. We could have done without that tragic incident but other than that we have a great stay.
This was a perfect house for our large group of kids and adults. The kitchen had everything we needed and more for a week of cooking and hanging out. The pool and hot tub are lovely. The location is close to everything, in a beautiful quiet neighborhood near a local park and amenities. The only issue we ran into is that the main kids bedroom is attached to the master suite (so there is a lot of walking through), and the beds listed as queens are really full size. Just something to make note of!
Awesome property with lots to do! The house is perfect for a larger group with its huge kitchen and multiple entertaining spaces. Walkable to some cool places too. Fully equipped kitchen and comfy beds. Love this place.
The house was perfect for our company retreat. The house had all of the amenities and more. The outdoor space was nice and relaxing. We really enjoyed everything the house had to offer. Highly recommend!
The house was very spacious for the 9 of us that attended, and there was room for a few more to join us. The house had a very zen vibe in the back, chill game space inside, and each room was super comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. Would absolutely book this space again if I ever find myself visiting Sedona with a big group!!
The house was excellent - well provisioned and very comfortable, though in need of some minor maintenance in a few areas. Excellent working kitchen, well outfitted. The management company was generally very responsive, but it was somewhat irritating, given what the rental cost of the property is, that they sent us messages before checking in or out offering us the option of checking in early our checking out late, with a charge of 100 per hour. We found it rather insulting and disturbing, as rental property owners ourselves, that they looked at this as an opportunity to make more money rather than reasonably trying to meet reasonable guest needs for an accommodation.

Disliked: Communication
Property is beautiful but we never got to enjoy it. It was my daughter’s bachelorette party and she got Covid. I called the management property and they would not give me a refund. Not even an alternate date. Luckily I purchased the insurance but now I have to file a claim. As long as this property management is involved I would not book again.
The house itself was beautiful and spacious, and the area was very nice. However, I have stayed at many, many VRBO's and for the cost we paid, I was pretty disappointed to see there were hardly any supplies to use. We were expected to go out and purchase toilet paper/ Paper towels/ Laundry soap, the very basic house hold supplies, which were provided but in VERY small quantities and the cheapest (amazon toilet paper that when I blew my nose disintegrated!) When I'm on vacation, the last thing I wanna do is spend money on big items that will most likely not all be used and left at the home. I'd expect those to be supplies that are fully provided when you are staying in a luxury home. The kitchen was stocked with all you needed to cook with, plenty of appliances; however, again there were no kitchen extras such as Tin foil/ Sandwich bags, cooking oil, again, things I have seen and used multiple times at almost every VRBO I've stayed at. Lastly, it would have been nice to have a welcome basket of sorts, with maybe some water and little snacks (granola bars, crackers, etc.) Getting in late after flying all night and then driving and checking in at 9 pm, it was just a lot, again, for what I'm used to seeing. I'd give this place a 4/5 for that reason. The hot tub was nice and used nightly which was pleasant. The pool was a little too cold to swim in, and was used more like a cold plunge, nice refresher after a hot tub!
House is nice. We loved the location. Pool is great and game room was a hit with the children. However, the mattresses and pillows are like sleeping on rocks, and the sheets are cheap Ikea micro-fiber sheets. No cotton. The BBQ grill needs new slates and cooks very uneven. We noticed the first two nights there was an AC problem in the bedrooms and no AC in the kitchen, family room area. After spending a night in the Grand Canyon ( where they had cotton sheets) we came back to a hot house. After calling management, which came out immediately, we found out the AC was on a programmed timer and went off at 11:30 PM. Why this wasn't told to us is unknown. When I told the nice gentleman who solved that problem there was no AC in the kitchen, family room he confirmed, NO AC at all. Temperatures in Sedona were in the 80-90's when we visited. The next day they sent out more AC men who eventually told us there was a blockage somewhere in the AC vents that run to that area of the house and they couldn't fix it. So we went without AC in the area where our family was spending most of the time and cooked in a hot kitchen. I have been trying to resolve the refund they promised and their guest relation manager. Kay Dee, is not returning calls. She promised she'd call back two days after our initial conversation. It's now going on two weeks and she continues to either be out of the office or out of town. I am very disappointed, hoping I wouldn't have to write this review.
