Unpleasantly surprised that parking cost 20$ a day, with very limited parking spots. Rooms are very loud, we could hear absolutely everything from the room next to us. Breakfast is very limited, you have to ask for utensils. And everyone is very slow.. If you have food allergies or dietary restriction please plan in advance because you’ll find only fast food around (burger/pizza…) Room was ok for 1 night but we payed more than 300$… I honestly expected more

Very clean room, also convenient that it has kitchen appliances. The only concern was water in bathroom sink was running extremely slow and was cold. Other than that we have enjoyed our stay!

They don’t change your sheets until you have been there 7 days. I just had to ask for new pillow cases because I like to change mine every 3 days. This place was clean and the breakfasts were great for a continental breakfast with many choices.

The hotel smelt sooo good and was very clean. The room king suite was very spacious loved the kitchen area and all the cooking wear. But the bed felt like a queen size but other then that it was comfy and great! The pool area was neat and they had a great fire pit. The restaurant next door is super good if you want a burger. And breakfast in the morning was great!

Constant lack of staff availability at reception. While a couple of staff members were friendly and obviously have been trained appropriately, others lack such professionalism and courtesy. Breakfast very poor choices. Under that customers travel and are on a journey to you/through you. Honor that! Respect it! Watch your tone with customers! Sadly my last night I was unable to sleep due to the constant inappropriate noises from the people using the pool and I had to be up at 2am to catch a flight. Overall, greatly disappointed with the stay and sadly will not be returning nor recommend.

We stayed this past weekend. The room was clean and ready. They were short staffed I think as they kept running out of plates and bowls for breakfast. No hot water for teas. Had to wait for towels. The bartender didn’t show up on a Saturday didn’t have a back up.

All the public bathrooms on the main floor (both men’s and women’s) did not flush. Constant problem that made using them impossible for most people. Flushing mechanism would not work unless you put the pressure of your foot on the flush button! Tried to alert people to that with a sign, but still didn’t work. Flushing sensors need to be replaced, but don’t seem to care enough to do it. Really gives a bad impression for their claimed 4 star rating. Need more options for their breakfast.

The only complaint I have is that I wish the shower had a place to put your own toiletries in if you don’t wanna use the ones provided. Clean, quiet, updated. Daily breakfast was great, they changed it daily. Will definitely be staying here again.

This hotel is so close to being a 5 but not quite there. The location is fantastic and the hotel is very pretty and mostly clean. They have the ideas but it isn’t executed perfectly. Front desk staff is not rude but definitely not friendly or welcoming. The room had stained blankets and a fridge that did not work (I did not complain though) but breakfast is where they mostly lost the star. Breakfast was very confusing and chaotic. There’s tiny plates hidden around the area with no signs, the forks are no where near the plates and there’s only 2 tables and just a bunch of couches. It’s a lot of confusion and ruins a slow, relaxing morning. It’s all an easy fix, I would return

Our stay at the Element was lovely and everyone was very friendly. The hotel was clean and beautiful and we hot-tubbed under the stars after a long day of hiking. My only comment would be I found the front desk host seemed to wander off leaving us waiting to be helped, more than once.

The hotel was beautiful. When I was checking in there was no one on reception. When she appeared she was disheveled and rude. I had paid in full on Expedia for this reservation and have just discovered she also charged my card in full directly for the room. I stayed in 10 hotels in 10 nights for a work trip and this was by far the worst customer service. Every other hotel was lovely and on calling the help line to rectify this situation, the nice gentleman asked if she had asked for my rewards number-I told him no and that I felt lucky just to get a room key from the patronizing staff member on the desk. Save your money and go somewhere else! Plenty of beautiful places to stay where you will meet wonderful people!
