The location of this lodging was conveniently located in West Sedona, near many trails, stores, and restaurants while a short drive to uptown. Please note, however, THIS IS A MOTEL, not a private rental. The listing on VRBO never indicated this in wording or images. It was not known until after booking and only if you looked up the address. Also, the first bullet on the listing had laundry (half the reason I booked there). The person at the front desk told me there was none. Ended up @ laundromat. Accommodations were average, no more than a 3 star experience (at best). Check in was obnoxious with texting, in-app messaging, and emailing me and my companion multiple times a day across multiple days with different names (White House and Dream Catcher Inn). All these issues combined led to an equally frustrating interaction with what felt like AI bot responses to my inquiries and concerns. Finally the manager stepped in via text and delivered the customer service I anticipated all along. While they offered a satisfactory resolution, I would not stay there again.
