Treat yourself to this gorgeous attached guest studio to be the home base from which to enjoy Sedona. Enjoy beautiful red-rock views from the bed, the table, the couch, and the patio. You will have a private kitchenette, bathroom, and patio with fabulous sunrises and sunsets. The location is prime; a quiet, established neighborhood in upper uptown Sedona; walking distance to shops and restaurants and also to trails galore. This suite is quiet ( an 8 inch brick wall with no doors leading into the attached owner's house). Owner has over three hundred total 5 star ratings and is a 'super host' on air b and b. We will be happy to visit with you about where to eat and where to hike at different times of the day and the week and the year, taking sunshine, shade, difficulty, parking, and traffic into consideration.

There is a second ( shared) patio with different, equally spectacular red rock views to the north. Be sure to be on one of the patios when the red rocks light up at sunset! Early mornings are also magical, as we face into the sun rises and the morning bird symphony is great for meditating and re-connecting.

There is no oven in the casita, but there is a microwave, refrigerator, electric skillet, hot plate, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster oven, and keurig coffee maker.

Spectacular Sedona casita
The property is a beautiful, well maintained place in a quiet neighborhood with spectacular views. For those traveling with their dog it's excellent since the entire back patio is fenced in. The owners take excellent care of the property and we had no inconveniences, but rather a special time in Sedona at this excellent place. Communication with the hosts was first rate, and we look forward to returning in the future for a longer stay.

The greatest bed
Nicely appointed but the view is spectacular. Both of them. Very close to north Sedona and restaurants. We had out two dogs with us so the private back yard was bonus. But the bed. Getting a comfortable is really hard when traveling. That bed was terrific. It could have been a purple or memory foam but I was comfortable. Great stay .

Fabulous introduction to Sedona
We loved staying here and watching the sun set and rise against the rocks. Beautiful quiet setting in charming neighborhood. It's a short walk to a few restaurants and taco wagon. Traffic can be challenging for this whole half of Sedona at peak times so you will want to plan accordingly. Easy quick drive up the canyon toward Flagstaff is beautiful and recommended, lots of walks/hikes available along this drive, though parking is scant so you will need to plan to leave early or head up in the afternoon to find a spot. 10/10 would stay again and recommend.

Absolutely Stunning!!
Property was perfect for my mom and I. The patio off the front was our nightly hang out, sipping wine and watching the shadows change on the red rocks as the sun set. Very quiet neighborhood which seems far from the touristy area of Sedona yet is only minutes away from the major attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect retreat in Sedona
This property was perfect for my husband and me. The location enabled you to walk to town or drive with 2 different exit routes out of neighborhood. Check in was simple, bed was super comfortable, unit was clean and well supplied. Having a patio was lovely for unwinding with a cocktail at the end of a busy day!

Absolute excellence in views, place, and host!
Pictures shown were exactly what we expected. We arrived right shortly before The evening setting of the sun which reflected on the Sedona buttes out our front window view was one magical show I had never witnessed. Linden was an amazing host. The notebook filled with her top choices of places to eat with descriptions was excellent and did not disappoint. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Inside the home was top notch; most comfortable bed, lovely books about the area hiking, beautiful interior. Can’t say enough!!

Great location, awesome views!
The location is in a quiet neighborhood with fantastic views. If you are debating between view and no view, go with the view! The whole process of arriving and departing was smooth. There is an electric kettle in the kitchen for tea drinkers, which a definite plus. I highly recommend going to Sedona in early-mid December, it was not busy and the town and trails were not crowded.

A great stay and the best views in Sedona!
We had an absolutely lovely stay at “Casita Sedona”. Unexpectedly the weather was gray and cloudy yet the views from our room’s private porch were impeccable! The room was well-stocked and had everything we needed to be cozy and comfortable no matter the weather. It was clean, welcoming and wonderfully peaceful. The shower is very nice and the towels/bedding are soft and cozy. Made our anniversary trip extra special. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great stay in red rock area
We stayed in Linden's casita for 4 days. It’s a large studio that faces some of the best red rock formations in the area. We used the casita as a base for our daily hikes. Linden was available to give us tips on the best trails and restaurants nearby. The best part of our stay was waking up in the morning, and while still in bed seeing the sun come up over the red rocks through the huge windows. Watching from the deck at sundown as the rocks started to glow was also terrific. A great place to stay in a great location.

The Cassita is perfect for 2 and has a wonderful view. We brought our dog who was excited to meet Linden’s dog and they played. Linden was extremely nice to us and gave great hiking and dinner recommendations. I would recommend staying here 10/10 times.

What a beautiful view! The house is perfect for 2 and they even went out of their way with some special touches in place for us to celebrate the holiday. You don't need to go anywhere to enjoy the views, though you should...just go early to trailheads to beat the crowds. We loved it and hope to come back!

Amazing views, Lovely Casita!
We had the BEST time at the Casita. The pictures of the views do not even do it justice. It is beautiful - and if you waste the sunset, it is your loss! The Casita was immaculate and well appointed and exactly as described. The bed is comfy with very nice linens.There are plenty of appliances if you want to prepare food and stay in and the location is near to quite a few good restaurants if you want to go out. We didn't walk because it was a bit chilly and windy during our stay - but if you want to, you can walk down to shops and restaurants in town. Just be aware that it is uphill coming back. The neighborhood is charming and with all the trees and shrubs, it is very private. Very quiet and peaceful. We saw a couple of coyotes roaming around another part of the nieghborhood and a javelina as well as a few deer. All the creatures just added to the beauty. Marissa checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed and that was appreciated. We will definitely stay here again if back in Sedona!
