This home features 1,862 square feet of comfortable living space with custom furniture and southwestern décor throughout the home and ample space to gather, or spread out, with friends and family. The living area boasts spectacular views through a wall of glass overlooking Sedona’s stunning red rocks. Recline by the fire, catch up on movies, or take a front-row seat and simply soak up the views. An additional great room features a large sleeper sofa, dining room table, and a well-appointed kitchen with modern appliances and all the amenities needed to cook a family feast. There is also a small fenced yard (you get to it off the back bathroom that’s off the living room) for your furry friend!



The Sedona Creative Life Center is close distance of this amazing home. Explore the nearby trails, landmarks, and many attractions of Sedona. And as the day comes to an end, enjoy Sedona’s best views and easy outdoor lifestyle from your large private deck! You'll find that there’s no place you’d rather be than sizzling steaks on the BBQ, sundowner in hand, and soaking up the red rock views.

Getting Around:

There are taxis, Uber (limited), and the Sedona Trolley but we recommend guests have their own car. This is a small town and public transportation is very limited.



Other forms of transportation available in the area include the Verde Valley LINX Public Transport, the Sedona Shuttle (only operable Thursday through Sunday to select popular trailheads), Lyft (limited), and several rental companies providing rental machines for off-road adventures.
