  • Enjoy your home away from home in this bright and spacious original 1950`s cottage-style town house. Uptown Sedona location is extremely convenient to dining, galleries, shopping, hiking, and biking.

    When you`re not out exploring you can rest easy and relax in the private back yard with beautiful red rock views and comfortably enjoy vintage Sedona charm with modern amenities.
    This home is a duplex.

    Guests have sole access to the indoor and outdoor spaces. Guests will be able to enter the property via keypad after 4pm on the day of arrival.

    No indoor or outdoor fires from May 1 - November 1.
    *Strictly No Smoking or vaping inside or outside of the property.

    *No noise outside 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. This is incredibly important. Sedona has strict noise laws and the neighbors may call the police if they are violated.

    *By law this home may not be used for events, parties or large gatherings.

    * We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, tissue, and paper towels. If you find that you need more than what`s supplied, there are several grocery stores and drug stores nearby.

    *We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks and bobcats. For your safely do not approach or feed these animals!

    *We are not responsible for any items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.
    *Fines, fees or evictions will be assessed for non-compliance and damages.
    *Reviews are our extremely important for us; anything less than a 5 star review is considered negative by us and Airbnb. We read every one and use them to constantly improve. Please note that his home is original to the 1950`s. Some love its vintage feel, others feel it`s dated. If you do not want a dated home, please do not book this.
