But my favorite parts of Sedona are the little known secret places, that you can explore and experience without the crowds. This gem is one of those secret locations. Sedona almost never gets snow, and when it does snow, it rarely sticks. So when a giant snow storm shut down the whole city last winter, we were dying to go out and get some epic snow pictures! Locals refer to this spot as the Birthing Cave. It is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy parts of the city. It is a fairly easy hike to get here, but getting up into the cave is a whole other story! It requires a lot of scrambling, and some serious guts! Home away from home.

Excellent accomodations. Granddaughters loved it, as well as, Mimi and Pop. Wonderful views of mountains and starlit skys at night. We never realized how many stars are visible in a dark sky.

This was a fantastic rental both clean and well stocked! Very quiet neighborhood and close enough to walk to downtown for shopping and dinner! We will definitely stay here again and the communication with the owner was excellent!

Roomy and nicely decorated close to downtown western Sedona.. Walk to the tourist traps on 89 or a short drive to Whole Foods. Enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Property & Great Location!

This was the perfect house for our family vacation. There is plenty of space and you can't beat the views from both outdoor patios. It's a short distance to all the shops and restaurants in the uptown area. Highly recommend!

Exploring Sedona and Grand Canyon

It was a wonderful stay. Great views from the house and close to uptown Sedona. The house was spacious and comfortable. Close to all the hiking trails and only a 2 hr drive to the Grand Canyon. We went jeeping and the house is also close to all the jeeping trails. The owners are easy to reach and very accommodating. We look forward to our next trip to Sedona!

Perfect house and perfect location!

My husband and I along with our two adult children loved this house! It was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. As we had been driving between destinations throughout the week, we appreciated being able to walk to town in 5 minutes to eat dinner, catch a tour, or shop. Linda’s thoughtful tips and the well-appointed house with all necessities provided made it a breeze!

Close to Uptown

Spacious open floor plan home just a few blocks to Uptown. Kitchen supplies were good. Very comfortable beds. Cable options were lacking for my husband wanting to watch football and Wifi a bit spotty. Wonderful hiking and restaurants. Definitely recommend!

It would be hard to find a finer place to stay in Sedona

This house has everything you could want in a vacation rental, plus it was super clean (not always the case these days with vacation rentals) and the hostess couldn't be more responsive. Even though red rock scenery is everywhere around Sedona, not every place one stays has a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape. The covered back deck here (complete with an overhead fan) has that view. It's stunning. Also, Sedona traffic can be a struggle because so many of us are drawn to this natural beauty. This neighborhood, while close to town, can be reached easily without getting jammed in some of the usual sticky traffic spots. That's a hidden bonus.

Amazing home in quiet neighborhood!

We enjoyed our girls getaway and we are especially happy we rented this home. I have stayed at more than a dozen short term rental houses and this was definitely one of the best. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and in a great location.

Three days in Sedona

We loved our stay at Red Rock Haven! The location was perfect, just enough distance to still be able to walk to many shops and restaurants. The house was nice and spacious, the kitchen had everything one might need-spices, coffee, tin foil, plastic wrap and baggies, along with plenty of dishes for eating in. The utility room has a large washer/dryer and detergent. There were plenty of towels, blankets, etc. AND....deer upon our arrival in the front and backyard along with a beautiful backyard view of the mountains. We would definitely recommend!

Fantastic stay!

Was perhaps the best stay we’ve ever had! Thoughtfully appointed home with all amenities, the location was spectacular we could walk to shops and trail heads were very close by, beautiful views of the mountains, and super comfortable furniture. We even spotted javelinas on our evening walks! Definitely a five star stay!
