• Guests have full and exclusive access to the home and all indoor & outdoor amenities, apart from a locked closet reserved for the owner & housekeeping.
• Self-check-in is available via a smart lock. We will send the door code and the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival.
• For your privacy and safety, the unique access codes are scheduled to work only within the date and time of your stay.

Sedona enforces a 24/7 noise ordinance. Please respect quiet hours after 10 PM. Outdoor music is not allowed at all times. Avoid loud outdoor noise to ensure we maintain a peaceful and respectful presence in the community.

The pool is available all-year and can be heated for an additional fee. Performance may vary in colder temperatures. Please inquire for heating details.
