"The room was spacious & very clean. staff were very helpful. The pool was very relaxing & wonderful to swim in. We made use of the billiards table in the lobby on several occasions. The hotel restaurants & bar were lovely too."

"Rooms were regularly and meticulously cleaned. All the staff, from cleaning to front desk to food service were helpful and polite. English is spoken at the front desk quite well. The rest of the staff will always try to speak English with varying levels of success. If you choose to stay here book all your activities through Oscar Garcia! He was delightful to work with, and personally helped us out of a tight spot. He is often cheaper than booking online. "

"Location was good not too far from the beaches and the town of La Crucecita. The room was very clean and staff were excellent offering help with taxis, rental car and even my SIM card. The pool was nice for cooling off. AC. Worked really well. Breakfast was good. The wifi was poor but that’s not the end of the world. Only thing I would really have liked would be to have a small fridge in the room"

"Stayed here for 15 nights with my family of four. Accommodations are great. The only thing I'll say is that the bedding isn't the most comfortable. We also had trouble working the fans, but I don't think it was the fans themselves, but more so us trying to figure out how to use them. Absolutely great location for all the surrounding beaches, and the staff was beyond wonderful and helpful. I definitely recommend staying here and I will be returning to stay as well."
