"My room was basically but very clean with great, quiet, air conditioning. They have restaurants on the property and nice amenities, especially rally for families like complimentary bike rentals, kayaks and paddle boards. The pool was nice. Everything was beachy and fun. I'd stay here again."

"My Lady and I were looking for a nice spot to stay on the way home from the Keys. I found this place and what a great choice! It’s a small boutique hotel on an active fishing marina. We were not disturbed at all by the boats leaving early in the am. The great view of the marina and the charter boats, a glass of wine after dining at the very retro restaurant next door. A perfect romantic evening!"

"This is a beautiful place with all the details covered. The decor is gorgeous, lots of little things taken care of. We lacked for nothing. Easy beach access on one side, pool on the other. Lots of room. Kitchen, linens, water things well stocked. Would definitely stay here again. The location is way out of town which was not a problem for us."

"A listing. Great location, amazing host and wonderful property! This home exceeded our expectations. The property owner was proactive prior to check-in and very receptive during our stay. As others have said, the property is very well equipped. I don’t recall a rental having everything we needed and more. From cookware to beach supplies, we were covered. I could have saved a lot of car space if I paid attention to what was available at the home. Beach chairs, tents, etc were all there.Things the owner couldn’t help…no-see-um’s and mosquitos. This time of year in Florida, it’s bad. We learned to dress accordingly and spray down with deet if there was no breeze. Also, the majority of the week had high swells on the beach but on the last day things calmed down enough to swim in the ocean. A nice side note, sea turtles were every where. At any one time we could see 2-3 heads popping out of the water. We also had a few mothers come up and lay each evening as seen by evidence of their tracks, the next morning. All together, we can’t recommend enough the place and can’t wait to return!"

"This place was great! The pictures do not do it justice. The kitchen has labels so you know where everything is in the kitchen. This house was the most equipped house we have ever stayed at when it came to the kitchen. Fully stocked with anything you could need. Upon request, the host sent me more pictures of the home, and they were a big help. The house actually has 5 floors with about 7 steps between each floor. The view is amazing here! We wish the deck would have had bar stool high chairs so you could see over the deck railing, but the view was great either way. The water pressure wasn’t great, but it got the job done. The no-see-ums were really bad and some locals told us to use fans to keep them away from you while sitting on a deck, but the deck plug ins didn’t work so that was out. There was a fan in every room which was so nice. We put the fans by all the doors so the bugs wouldn’t come in when we opened the doors to go in and out. The no-see-ums were even bad on the beach if the wind wasn’t blowing. Normal bug spray didn’t work for us unless it had deet in it. The host was wonderful in warning us about the no-see-ums so we were prepared ahead of time. No matter what you do though, you’ll probably get bit at some point. lol This is totally out of the host’s control of course so just be prepared. We got to see sea turtles laying their eggs, which was amazing!! We saw so many different aquatic animals, it truly was amazing. We loved our stay here."
