Parking was fine. Room was clean with refrigerator and microwave. I wish there had been a light near the bed or near the table. My biggest problem was the additional payment that apparently had to be in cash. That needs to be stated in advance. I had to go to a cash machine.
Check in was smooth and the manager was very friendly and polite. The room was very clean and had a new floor finish and fresh paint. The bathroom was very clean and fully stocked. The room stayed comfortable in temp even with the record cold snap. Check out was seamless and there were even Dunkin Doughnuts! Great job!
Parking was great. No pool, no onsite laundry. Really no amenities accept cable. The wifi has been spotty. The owners are not friendly but the onsite staff is amazing
Nasty dirty, bathroom stunk like mold and tub was filthy. I’m not a clean freak I don’t need things perfect but this was sleep on top of covers gross. Plus most people staying there are long term drug users.

I think this is solidly a "two star" motel. Check in was smooth. They've done some recent updates to the rooms, but the work was a bit sloppy with things like door trim missing. Cleanliness was an issue. The bed seemed clean, but the bathroom had a good amount of hair on the floor and fixtures, there were chips on the floor of the main room, and the parking lot had an excessive amount of litter and cigarette butts. Some of the people that live in the motel seemed a little "rough", which made me wonder if it was a good idea to leave my laptop in my room or not. The second day of my stay the police showed up beating on my door looking for someone I assume was in a different room, which kind of confirmed my intuition. Anyhow, it wasn't a horrible stay, but it's definitely a "you get what you pay for" situation.
The pictures in the add were false. There weren’t any gardens or suites. This is a bare bones motel. It is clean but there are no amenities. There is a coffee pot but no coffee. There was a refrigerator but no ice cube trays. One towel and one washcloth per guest and a teeny bar of soap. No one in the office —had to call a number and then someone came to give you your key. Steep outside steps if your room was on the second floor. The only mirror was above the sink. Very disappointed.

Wasn’t like your standard hotel stay. It was more like studio style apartment living. With staff who’s there to put in there hours. Then be on their way. It was a get what you pay for standard. At least based upon my perception and experience.

Absolutely horrible. Building. Falling apart drug infested weekly rentals. No one at the front desk waited over a hour and a half and still no one showed.
This place is sketchy! Super dirty and ran down. I couldn't stay there, had to leave. The bed sheets had stains and burn holes, ceiling had holes in it, room was dirty and bathroom was gross. The property has people that live there full-time. Its more like a project apartment building. One of the worst motels I've ever seen.
I am requesting a refund for my reservation at Sebastian Garden Inn & Suites due to the unacceptable and unsanitary condition of the property. I had booked a 4-night stay, but I was only able to remain for the first night because the room conditions were so disturbing and no other hotels had availability that evening.
Upon arrival, I was first given the wrong room type (two twin beds) even though my reservation clearly shows an efficiency room with one queen bed. I had to provide proof of my booking before the front desk corrected the mistake.
Once moved to the second room, the conditions were shocking. Both rooms had a strong moldy odor that made it difficult to breathe and impossible to feel comfortable. The bathroom was filthy, with visible rust, grime, stains, and unsanitary buildup on the tub fixtures, drain, and sink hardware. The shower was in such poor condition that I felt unable to use it at all. The sink area and fixtures were dirty and deteriorated, and the cabinet beneath the sink was stained and unclean.
The refrigerator and air conditioning unit also appeared neglected and unsanitary. In addition, the exterior of the property and parking lot were in poor condition, creating an overall impression of neglect and lack of cleanliness.
I have photographs documenting these issues. The conditions were far below any reasonable standard for a hotel advertised on Expedia and did not match expectations for a safe, clean, habitable stay.
Worst hotel ever. Couldnt stay. There was a hole in yhe window roaches everywhere. Pictures were way different. There were people and police harrasing everyone in the parking lot. I wany my money back.
