"Super unique and fun stay. The owners are very friendly and helpful.Just a couple of suggestions for future guests planning on staying for more than a couple days: Take ice for the cooler, possibly an extra cooler, paper plates and utensils, paper towels, extra garbage bags. But I'm pretty sure if there was anything you needed/forgot the owners would supply or direct you on an easy means to get it. They are very responsive. I highly recommend you rent their boat. Driving around and docking up to restaurants really made the trip enjoyable. But simply staying on the house, watching the sunrise and sunset with fish jumping, dolphin fins, manatee nose peaking out of the water is an ideal way to get away for peace and tranquility. "

"Great place to have the whole family together for a needed vacation. Had access to the dock and boat lift. Public boat launch 300 yards down the road. Great fishing and ate at the restaurant next door. Everything so convenient and the kids loved the pool. "

"Property was better than advertised. It was ideally set up for our family that had come to celebrate a 80th birthday with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. The location was great- easy drive to beaches, restaurants and only 30 min from Vero airport. Lots of towels were provided which is a super plus. The pool and hot tub were great and the host Cindy immediately responded to any communication. Would definitely book again. "

"I was quite hesitant because this listing didn’t have any previous reviews. Well let me tell you, it blew all my apprehension out of the water when we got there. Clean, spacious, well equipped all in a perfect setting.Family and friends all met here to attend the annual Frog Leg Festival in Fellsmere. The time we had was far too short, for I feel like all of us would have enjoyed this property for at least another three days. We obviously brought our own supplies, but needn’t have stressed if we forgot anything. The kitchen was very well stocked, as were the bathrooms. The extra personal touch of a small blackboard welcoming us with a cute hand drawn picture of a frog was delightful. This is a super value for all that is included in the home. A small word of caution, turn on the back area lights at dusk, even if there isn’t anyone out there. It’s very easy to forget there is a pool directly out the back door. Brother-in-law found out the hard way All in all, we would definitely return. Thanks Misty, you were a perfect hostess."

"This was a fantastic place to stay for my short trip back in the area. The host was amazing and kept great communication checking in with me as we stayed. She proved all of the steps needed to make an easy check in and check out process. House was very clean when I got there and had everything we neeeded!!"
