"Hotel itself and staff -- wonderful. Location to Pier 66 -- excellent. But... if you are someone who likes to be outside after dark, it's not a safe area. A lot of right-out-in-the-open drug use and I'm not talking about pot. They are openly shooting up and smoking from tin foil. If that bothers ..."
