This property was just what we needed. We were in town for a work event and mainly were there to sleep and eat between shifts. There was the perfect amount of space to accommodate our group. The beds were very comfortable! The house was stocked with everything we could have needed and the view was amazing! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
Eight college buddies had a great time at this property. Each of us had a queen bed, large dining room table for a group dinner, and a great room to visit and catch up. Great house for a large group.
Property location is good.Bathrooms cleanliness good.Number of bathrooms low for number of bedrooms.Sofas are originally white in color. Now stained and black. Very unhygienic.Microwave, ovens, fridge, not cleaned before arrival. Coffee maker has perhaps never been cleaned.Beds in two of the bedrooms had long hairs on them. Perhaps sheets not changed.Carpets not vacuumed for ages. Floors were dirty with fuzz from carpet. Both bedrooms
Great location, very close to the city and yet quiet and peaceful with a wonderful view. Friendly and responsive host. The place was large enough to accommodate my extended family and we had a good time together.
The interior of the house was great. Nicely decorated, spacious, great lounge areas. Appreciated having two fridges for a large group! The one big disappointment was the overflowing trash cans (before we arrived so we had nowhere to put our trash) and trash strewn about the front of the property because the trash cans were full. The yard was also pretty overgrown and untended to. Didn’t affect our comfort but a shame for the price we paid.
The home is in a great location with an easy short distance to most city attractions. Downtown was 10-15 minutes away at worst driving or with a public transportation right out front which we used going to and from Lumen stadium for 1.00. The area was very nice, but you'll want to use your GPS to get around navigating the streets. Views from the home were excellent with open panoramic views of the Sound, Cruise Ship docking peer and boat marina. The inside of the home has two levels with a large living room, dining area and full kitchen on each. The home is well stocked with ample supplies and tools for most stays. Grocery stores are a short 2-mile drive. The area is quite day and night, but you'll also see many families walking and enjoying the fresh air and sites. Seven of us stayed and we had plenty of space. Yes, I would recommend and would rent the property again when in the area. The host Amy was very responsive and easy to reach via email or a direct call.

Buyer Beware - This place is a dump, far from the luxury retreat advertised, and the owner refuses to refund my money. She apparently feels this is what luxury looks like, but it's not an accident that there's only one tightly cropped image of the house. From the street, I could barely see the property through the thicket of dead plants - it looked abandoned and derelict. Working my way past piles of smelly garbage out on the sidewalk, notably when no one else's cans were out, I could see that the rest of the landscaping and exterior of the building were also poorly maintained. I was also dismayed to note that it was a small lot pressed tightly against a very busy road. What appears to be a spacious verandah overlooking the noted water and mountain views from the featured dining room image in the listing turned out to extend over the busy road, to be barely wide enough to walk along, and to be marred by dozens of telephone wires. This is anything but a luxury retreat.
