3 bedroom 1 bath home is great for small groups. Quick Uber or 10 minute drive to stadiums and downtown. 2 blocks to the bus stop and 10 minute walk to train. Fast wi-fi, HD smart TVs, natural light. Two king size beds and one queen bed, 2 fold out couch/beds in living room (5 total). Private patio, BBQ grill & outdoor area. Home has some nice upgrades and appliances. New bathroom and kitchen. It was abnormally hot that day, and the host brought over two AC units, which made the place more comfortable.It was a tight squeeze; there were 8 of us and we all fit comfortably.

Zoo and Aquarium visit

The property is partially in the process of being completed, it's close but there's a few loose ends. Yard needs a lot of work. Had to park on the street as the back parking area was blocked with a old gutted trailer. Owner had quite a bit of personal belongings about the property, back deck/porch was pretty cluttered. Smoke alarms were not evident in bedrooms. Refrigerator is a little small and was partially full. Carlos did say to use what ever we wanted, he was super communicative and friendly. Went out of his way to make it a pleasurable trip. He just has a little work to do.

Wonderful stay

Communication was prompt. Check in was a breeze. The house had all amenities we needed for a one night stay. It was located near grocery stores, restaurants and neighborhood parks.
