Nice cozy darling forest lake home on a HUGE lot with access to Haller Lake!Privacy and quiet!Feel free to chill inside, or chill at the lake! :)
The space
Incredibly 770 square foot waterfront property on nearly an acre of land.Recently completely reconstructed, this is a single family residence with an open lot that is paved and partially fenced. The house includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, updated kitchen, A/C, huge TV, fireplace and more. And if you ever want to leave this house, there is a bus stop right in front of the entrance way,and the 130th street Light Rail Station is under construction just 10 blocks away!
There is a mall ( supermarket, Gym, restaurant......) only 8 minutes walk away.

NOTE:

We provide you with one set of queen size bed sheet and one set of king size bed sheet, if you need more please contact me and I can provide you with more for $25 extra dollars.

The house a great place for us to crash after a concert, and it was nice and quiet. That said, the house wasn’t very clean and smell strongly of cigarettes. When we reached out to the property managers, they apologized.

The location was nice and I liked the feeling of being in the country rather than a closed in city feel. I felt I needed more surface space in smaller bedroom, maybe a small dresser in the closet? The fold out couch tipped over when laying down on the back part. If sharing use caution when getting up to go potty, lol. The bathroom handle should also be looked at. It was clean and quiet though. I’m kinda more at 3.5 stars, but I think that they are working on it and it’s a good place to stay.

Small 2 bedroom house

Small house that was listed as 3 bedroom but only had two bedrooms. Little futon in the living room that needs replacing due to stains and its very uncomfortable. Oven doesn't work, only the stove top. And internet barely worked a full day out of the 2 weeks being there. Its in a nice tucked away spot but overall needs improvement.

Host switched properties day-of!

Cannot emphasize how horrible of an experience this was.- Host notified me property was unavailable 2 hours before check-in time. - Offered another property instead that was not at all like this one. Not private, different location, smaller common spaces.- Had to accept replacement property so that the family I was hosting for my graduation weekend had a place to stay.- New property had a sever mold issue in the bathroom, and partner was bit by bugs in bed.VRBO and host have done nothing to remedy the situation. Instead, the host has baseless accused me of staying an extra day despite no evidence. They tell me I should have raised concerns during the stay, when I was trying to make the best of my graduation weekend which they had severely disrupted.This host is a scammer, avoid at all costs!-
