Watch the ferries from the living room or bedrooms. Huge open living room and dining room with wall to ceiling windows. Massive 800 square feet of deck space with 180 degree views of the park, water, and ferries. Huge office with skylights. The location is everything - right next to an old growth forest, just *one block* to the sandy part of Alki Beach, restaurants, coffee shops and tennis courts all a half block away. Truly a magical location and view. You'll love the vibe of this home, full of light. Soaking bathtub. This home is huge and 100% remodeled and ready for somebody who is going to appreciate it and take good care of the home. Open to 1-9 month lease, fully furnished.
