Your private apartment is set within a gorgeous, beautifully-appointed 1917 Craftsman Bungalow in the premiere walking district of Seattle - theaters, restaurants, shopping and more shopping, parks and trails for walking and biking; close to bus lines to downtown Seattle, the Seattle Art Museum and Seattle Center and the Sound Transit trains; near the tulip fields and ferries to the San Juan Islands and historic areas north of Seattle; Mt. Rainier and Mount St. Helens are a day-trip; quiet, residential neighborhood with plenty of street parking. Relax on the outside patio for some quiet time, enjoy a short walk to one of the neighborhood theaters or restaurants (sushi, Italian, Japanese, Thai, vegetarian, fusion, pizza, etc., etc.). There's nothing you'll need that you can't find in Wallingford. This is the large downstairs unit, with southern-exposure garden windows, a private entrance that is accessed from the side of the house, and a guest-available garden patio.

The apartment was everything we hoped for. It is well equipped, comfortable and set in a very nice neighborhood. It will be our first choice in future visits to Seattle.
Garnett has provided a comfortable, cozy place full of thoughtful details. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and very walkable. It's close to restaurants, services, public transportation and some of Seattle's popular destinations.
It’s a cozy and convenient apartment with plenty of amenities for an extended stay! Its location in a walkable neighborhood was very convenient and I could easily get around the city.
Comfortable, clean, and peaceful. Enjoyed having a warm and cozy place to stay while visiting friends nearby. Hope to stay again next time I'm in town for a visit and would recommend to other solo travelers or couples.
The apartment is not large but it had everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed. The location is fantastic--very quiet, across from a park but an easy walk to restaurants and stores. We would happily stay again.

The location was perfect for me, walking distance to plenty of coffee and food. I was able to enjoy a comfortable nights rest at Garnett’s Place, that I actually looked forward to after long days of walking around Seattle. Everything was clean and accounted for.

A perfect cozy spot to land between Seattle adventures. Proximity to shops, restaurants, and highways was great, and the apartment amenities were plentiful. Garnett has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and stress free. I'll definitely look this place up next time I'm in town.
My wife and I stayed at Garnett’s place for a portion of our Honeymoon and it couldn’t have been better!
The apartment was the perfect size for the two of us, was tastefully decorated and had an awesome and comfy bed. The best part however had to be the cute cat who sat and hung out with us whenever we stopped to rest and reflect in the great sitting area outside the apartment and home.
Location was perfect for access to Seattle’s treasures and parking wasn’t an issue at any point. We both loved it and would stay there again!
Great place for 1 or 2 people. Quiet, clean space with a king sized bed, comfortable living room and a kitchen full of necessary "tools" and appliances. Very easy check in.....just show up and the key is waiting for you! The property is well situated to get to I-5, and to go to places in any direction. Owner Garnett is easy to work with and very pleasant. I’d stay here again if I’m back this way.
This flat is great for a couple, in a quiet area and within easy (walking) distance of the local shops, and close to the city.
Relaxing in the front garden in the sun, you’ll feel quite at home.
If you’re short of reading material, there are many free library books.
