The space Located near the heart of 23rd & Union, you’ll be steps from great dining and shopping—PCC Community Market, Tacos Chukis, Communion, Raised Donuts, Uncle Ike’s, and more. Only 10 minutes to Capitol Hill and about 13 minutes to downtown by car, plus convenient access to public transit.
**Floor Plan** • Main Floor: Fully equipped kitchen open to dining room. Living room features a comfortable sofa, Smart TV. • Top Level: Three bedrooms, two with queen beds, one with a full. One full bathroom and one three-quarter bathroom. • Lower Level/basement with washer and dryer. - Back driveway for off street parking for two vehicles.
Guest access You will have full access to the home except for the locked off storage attic.

For stays longer than 10 days, we require a mid-stay home cleaning for an additional $160. For stays longer than 20 days, we will require two mid-stay home cleanings for $160/each. For stays longer than 30 days, we will require three mid-stay home cleanings for $160/each.
Parking: The driveway is tight and best suited for small vehicles only. A maximum of two vehicles may park in the rear lot.
The home has heating throughout, but the portable air conditioning units are only installed in the warmer summer months.
The home is in residential neighborhood with wonderful, respectful neighbors. We kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum, especially outdoors, as the neighbors are sensitive to loud groups and will notify us if things get too noisy. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.
We have regularly scheduled pest control, landscapers, and trash collection services. You may see them during your stay, we will try our best to give you a heads up but that is not always possible.

What to do: - Recycling goes into blue bin - Trash goes into black bin - No mixing of trash and recycling, otherwise you may be fined.
