The room was clean, beds were very comfortable and it was well equipped if you wanted to cook your own food. Very clear communication and instructions for getting in. We loved the snug room. The only downside would be that it can be noisy at night but they supplied ear plugs.

The room and amenities were great. The kitchenette was well stocked. BUT- the elevator (only one) was broken. We had to drag/carry 5 pieces of luggage up 3 flights of stairs; 3 of those were full size pieces. It was exhausting and obviously inconvenient. I’m not sure what I would have done if I had ADA needs. The staircase to the “loft” was very steep. If you struggle with balance, this will be a problem.

Loved the comfy bed and loft appt! They stocked us with dish soap and laundry soap (laundry facility free for your use) in addition to regular toiletries. I had an issue when I got here, but they went above and beyond to get us in a room early. Very impressed with how they handled it. Anthony and Bridget are absolute gems!

I enjoyed my stay at this clean cozy loft apartment. It is close to waterfronts, transportation stations, restaurants and shops. The bed is on the loft which is not easy for seniors to access though.
