Spot On The Hill

  • Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to Alaska Junction and Alki beach. There are grocery stores, restaurants and bars around the corner. Take a water taxi to downtown Seattle, or ferrry to Vashon. Big backyard for BBQ'n and front deck facing west to watch amazing sunsets over the Olympic Mountains. After a day at the beach, on the boat, up in the mountains, or shopping downtown, it's a great place to come back too or never leave. We also provide Cars in the driveway for rent and exclusive access with preferred pricing to Lake Union yacht charter. Take a Sunset Cruise around Lake Union and experience Seattle like no one else.

Loved this house. Didn’t realize how old it was but it’s in great shape only down side was no microwave which would have been helpful.
