Close to everything, yet tucked away on a quiet street - best of both worlds!
The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is 1394 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with a few steps at the entrance.

**About the Reservation** • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. **Additional Info About the Home** • This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout. • Parking: the home does not have dedicated parking. Paid public parking is available nearby. • Please note that construction on 14th Ave is ongoing from Monday to Friday, beginning between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM and ending between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM. For everyone's safety, please refrain from parking in front of the construction site during these hours. We appreciate your understanding!
**About Fees & Pricing** • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing. • Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.
**House Rules** • This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

Came for a Tuesday night concert. The house was super clean and great for a big group of friends. Rooftop deck was a great bonus for coffee in the morning. Would definitely rent again!

Met our son and his family for two days, visiting university haunts and familiar places. Layout of the unit was perfect for a family of four with two kids (second floor) and grandparents (third floor suite). Easy access to restaurants, grocery, light rail, and parks.
The house met our needs perfectly! Beds were firm, but comfortable. Linens provided were good quality. Location was great-just a short walk to the subway. The house was clean and we were provided tea and coffee. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here with our 19 year old son & my senior parents. Lots of space to spread out after a long day of walking. You can walk most anywhere from this location if you like. Pioneer Square & Pike Market are a little over a mile away. There is a Safeway around the corner for all your needs. Would definitely stay here again. The rooftop patio was really something! Views of downtown, the space needle & Mt. Rainier if she’s out. :)

Nice property, just a few things to know if planning on staying here. First, there’s A Lot of stairs and no bathroom on the main floor so you must go up two or three floors to the bathrooms. Next, there was only 4 wine glasses and we had six adults staying in the home, same with dishes and coffee cups, enough for four. The home slept 6, three bedrooms, 3 beds. Each person got 1 bath towel per stay but there was a washer and dryer. The home had a nice rooftop deck on the fourth floor.
Overall, the home was nice, just wish we had more kitchen supplies (cups, glasses and larger pots and pans).
Excellent location on Capital Hill. Previous comments mentioned not having enough plates, cups. This issue has been addressed. We were a family of 4, had family visit, and had everything we needed.The townhouse is very clean, and stocked with basics.
We loved having this extremely clean townhouse as our homebase while in Seattle! The location is excellent -- a very easy walk to bookstores, bakeries, restaurants and bars. Outside of one drive to a friends house we didn't have to use our car at all. The layout of the house was fantastic with a common area for eating/movies/games, and a whole floor for the teenagers when they'd had enough of spending time with their parents. The house was very clean and comfortable, we would absolutely stay again. I do agree with the others that mentioned you need to be comfortable with stairs if you stay here :)
House is well done. Bosch appliances, but a bit short on dishes. Pots and pans were in rough shape. Needed measuring cups (we bought and left) and measuring spoons. Basics that should be there. Mattress in larger bedroom on second floor needs to be replaced as you sink in the middle. It is a nice house and met our needs but it would would be top notch with a few tweaks
