Great place located in a nice area. Could walk to many good restaurants in Capital Hill. Note that the garage is a little small, not sure a car bigger than a small SUV can fit in it.
Clean and quiet space within walking distance to downtown. This was a great location for our girl’s trip! The space could have been a little bit cleaner but the bedding was soft and beds were comfortable. Parking was excellent. Wish there were spare blankets.
We looked for a place that was accessible to everything we wanted to participate in. The place was clean and comfortable for our entire party.
Communication with the management was
Great. They responded quickly to any questions and concerns.
This place really has everything you need. In a quiet neighborhood with quiet neighbors. Fun experience I wish I had needed to stay longer. My only issue was not being able to park my truck in the garage, there's street parking and a pay lot 200' away.
An ideal place for a visit. A three-floor townhouse with: parking on the first level; living, dining & kitchen on second level; two bedrooms and bathrooms on the third level. And the bedrooms were down the hall from each other, so our teen-age son was able to stay up late and not disturb us.
House was clean and comfortable -- everything as described in the listing.
If we return to Seattle, we would want to stay in this house again.
Most highly recommended.
Just in and out on our way through. It was nice that there were so many walkable places to eat!
The condo was great! If you have a large SUV you will need to street park. The drive to the garage is a little tough to navigate with a big vehicle. There was a street parking pass so it all worked out!
Great place to stay, highly recommend,
Clean property, spacious to hang out, rooms upstairs with 2 spacious bathrooms - 1 master bath, 1 in the hallway. The fan in the hallway bath is very loud. 1 bath on the living area floor which is very convenient. Keurig coffee. Unit had an air fryer, small crock pot, toaster. Bedrooms are comfortable and large for the city. There is no central AC but there are portable AC units in the bedrooms and living area. The portable units work but are loud. The parking garage is very small and the buildings are close together so bring your parking skills and a small car. 2 steep flights of stairs in the unit.
Great stay, but didn't like the identity confirmation
Fantastic house, in a quiet side street, yet very close to the action in Capitol Hill. Parking was easy in garage. Check-in had a hiccup because the code did not work, and I had to stay out in the rain until it was sorted, but we were eventually able to get a key to get into the property.
My main complaint is that to confirm the booking, the company/owners require a background check where you scan your driver's license. The privacy policy of the company was very shady, so I declined and they sent me a different option. I did not like that one either, but I went with it. I'm not deducting a star because all went well with the rental, but I would not come back due to the requirement to scan your drivers license for a third party company.
Clean, comfortable and good communication! The garage was tight to get into with the angle of the driveway and garage- but the property manager let us know ahead of time.
Nice place. Good location. Clean. Only concern was that the main bathroom upstairs had no towels, washcloths, or floor mats. The master had a few towels but there were not enough for all 4 of us.
My husband and I, along with another couple stayed in Seattle for a couple of days before our Alaskan Cruise. This VRBO was perfect for the 4 of us. A short Uber to shopping and main attractions by Pike Place Market. We also took the Light Rail, and it was a short walk or Uber to several stops & the airport.Beds, bathrooms and kitchen were all as advertised. Be warned though, it is 2 stories, with the bedrooms on the top level.
Nice condo in residential neighborhood. Several nice restsurant a couple of blocks away. Management company was quick to respond to any questions. Place was well equipped. Only complaint was no shelf in the ensuite shower. I have a hard time bending over to get shampoo and soap
Just a one night stay for a quick trip. Everything we needed was there. Cleaner really likes the lemon scented cleaner so needed time to air out when we arrived.
The property is just as described, plenty of natural light. The owner/manager was VERY quick to respond, and friendly. We didn't eat there, but the kitchen looks like it had everything we would've needed. Restaurants, coffee shops and Whole Foods within walking distance. Beds were comfortable. There is a garage, and our Toyota Highlander did fit after some acrobatics because the "alley" was also a tight fit. But they do provide a parking pass for you to park in the street (but gets full quickly, so good luck). Enough towels for our group of 4, but needed to wash daily, which is fine, plenty of detergent provided. Shampoo, conditioner and soap/shower gel provided in the bathrooms. The wifi did not work too well. Had to make sure no one was connected to the wifi for the TV to work. The owner mentioned the cable company was doing upgrades. But we were on vacay, hardly home, and nothing a hard power reset didn't fix. It was in the upper 70's in Seattle, and there is no AC in the unit, as warned in description. But opening the windows and use of provided fans (3) kept us comfortable. About 5-10 mins drive to downtown.
My one recommendation...remove the blinds (which are paperlike) and add blackout type curtains in the master bedroom. The blinds were not working too well, and felt like we would damage something if we tried to raise/lower them, so not able to open the master bedroom's windows, and the sun is up early (6ish).
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Sorry for the long winded comment, just hope it provides some good input for others. Thanks!
