Private New construction basement in Kirkland, Private entrance, two bedrooms, one full bathroom with queen beds, stunning kitchen & stainless appliances. Private washer&dryer,high speed WiFi and smart projector (TV). 2 miles to downtown Kirkland, 3 miles to Bellevue. Close to the highway 405, G and Microsoft campus. Beautiful set-up front yard and backyard. Very safe and family oriented neighborhood. Plenty of street parkings.

Tall people beware
The location, space and host were great! But at 5.5, on flat feet, I could touch the ceiling., so if you are tall, know that you will be crouching.

Space made useful
The location is very convenient when visiting the west side of Seattle. The ceilings are very low so if you are over 5’10 there will be some ducking at the beams. Room #2 has the water pipe for the whole house run down the corner of it so whether it’s your group or someone that lives upstairs, that water flushing,running,showering should be expected. The projector setup can work at night projecting on the wall but during the daytime it’s almost worthless because of the natural light coming into the windows. For my wife and 1 yr old it was a solid place to sleep and recharge during our trip
