    ● Security: For your safety, there are 2 exterior cameras located along the backyard path and near the shed. There are no cameras inside the home or in private spaces.

    ● Access: The home is accessed via a staircase with 15+ steps. Guests with mobility concerns may want to take this into consideration.

    ● Parking: Free street parking is readily available during your stay.

    ● Climate control: Each room is equipped with a mini-split system for both heating and air conditioning, so you can stay comfortable year-round.

    ● Windows & doors: To maintain comfort and prevent insects or moisture, please keep windows and doors closed while the AC is running. A fee may apply if left open. Recommended temperature range is 72–83°F.

    ● Cancellation: As we reserve each night exclusively for one group, our cancellation policy is strictly followed. We recommend travel insurance for added flexibility.

    ● Neighborhood: The home is located in a quiet residential area. To respect neighbors, parties and loud gatherings are not permitted, and quiet hours begin at 9 PM.

    ● No smoking: Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the home. A minimum fee of $500 applies for violations.

    ● Booking protection: To help protect both guests and the home, you’ll be offered the choice of a non-refundable damage waiver ($49.50) or a refundable $500 security deposit after booking via our Guest App.

This is a lovely place to stay if you’re going to be in Seattle. Very clean and nicely updated. Very comfortable beds. Nice quiet neighborhood. Sits right on top of Beacon Hill, so the views are great. Everything we needed was just a short drive down the hill. Allen (host) was very accommodating and kind, making sure that we had everything we needed. We will stay here again when we come back.
